Wierd Long Vivid Dream

I need help interpreting a dream I had last night, it was a continued dream frome when I went to wake up and use the restroom at 11 this morning and then I fell back to sleep and slept until 2:30 - 3:00. Heres the dream that I remember.

In the second dream of the night I was with friends, I was in a car and a little drunk. The little girl next to me was asking me if she could have some and I told her no. "This isn't a drink you are aloud to have." The person that was in the passenger seat (female) turned around and said... "Well I guess your not aloud in our family" I knew she was joking cuz she was saying it in a funny tone. Next thing we were stopped by someone in a white sports car that had blu and red designs on it. He said for me to put what looked like a glass baking dish on my head because he said it would protect me from something.

I know I past out and woke up in an exact replica of my house except it was filthy and there were 2 other people there. One was a man with a ponytail, blue shirt and blue jeans. I can't describe the other. My 3 dogs were there and there was someone else there (A doctor). He was doing work on something. I don't know what but I remember calling my nephew ryan twice and he didn't appear. I know in lucid dreams all you have to do is think that the person is there and he will be.

Anyways the guy with the ponytail lokoed at me and said, your next up. You've got an opioate in your system thats the strongest of them all. "I was like wtf." I walked out of the room and said I'm not letting myself die and this doctor comes at me with a syrange attacking me. I hit him in the face a couple times and stabbed him with his own syrange right in the neck. He started staggering and holding the syrange you know like someone holds a knife after they've been stabbed, kinda like that.

His face was pure disbelief, he staggered over to the wall and put a piece of paper there. He wrote down an equation and above the equation he put a symbol. He turned around and started falling to the floor, I don't remember what the equation or the symbol were. But as he fell to the ground I heard an EKG monitor that sounded like it was in hyperdrive. As it was getting faster I started smelling sulfur. (I don't even remember where the smell of sulfur came from in my memory since I've never smelled it before or don't remember smelling it). anyways I ran to the front door hurridly, I was trying to get it unlocked and as the EKG monitor was going I somehow knew a bomb was gonna go off and that I was gonna die.

I said the S word about 3 or 4 times before I said "Wake Up." I know this dream has significance because I remember everything about the dream. I would like to know if anyone can help explain this.

First and only thing that comes to mind is your mind is warning you that you are putting something into your body that you shouldn't. Dreams tend to exaggerate, so you're probably not going to die or anything, but you might take a look at what you're eating or drinking to see if there's something toxic there for you.
