Just curious if anyone has any specific techniques for accessing the Akashic Records? I'd love to give it a try!

StaceyT - Feel free to check out the Akashic Records thread. And the main component to access the Records is being as conflict-free as possible and staying awake in the pre-conscious state (that state right as we go to sleep and wake up). I use preparation techniques (i.e. breathing/chi exercises) to raise our energy and focus, deepening techniques (i.e. hypnotherapy induction) to drop the mind and get us into a more meditative state, then access techniques (i.e. scripts with sacred symbols) to excite the senses and focus our consciousness.
