so like i hear about a creepy story and i get goosebumps. my friend tells me about a realistic dream/premonition she has of how she will die and a wave coldness sprinkles over me. during that time, is it a ghost or spirit present?

I am interested on the details of this premonition/dream of how your friend is going to the other side? As far as coldness sprinkles over you, cold, or goose bumps does not necessarily mean there is a ghost there.

Spirits or energies are around us all. The thing is I think that just the shock of this friend telling you and how spooked you were is the only reason why you felt that way.

I'd say it's more physiological than paranormal.

Well sometimes when I am having a intensly spiritual expereince I get the shiver/goosebump happen, though it feels more internal than external. Like all my cells did the 'wave' or something. I always attribute it to my spirit/soul feeling really excited within my physical body.

well it felt more like a wave, a rush of coldness. i would prefer not to mention the premonition/dream...* knock on wood* but if it's real to her and changed her lifestyle, then i wouldn't doubt the validity of that dream.
