How can you tell if you are in?

Is it possible to be sitting at your desk at work, and then all of the sudden be in an astral project state. One time I feel like I was at a game that I wanted to go to and it felt like I was really there I can even smell the hot dogs. When I snap out of it I was back at my desk. How can you tell the difference between day dreaming and astral projection.

Not astral projection. Could have been remote viewing or mental projection.

I think what you're describing is more the power of vivid visualization. (or remote viewing)

I was on the bus going over the George Washington Bridge, I was just relax and doing breathing exercises. That is when I looked up and saw two buildings Made of white stone across the river on the New Jersey side. When I came out of my trance the buildings were not there like it was suppose to be. About a month later I read the newspaper and they are talking about building two building in that same area. This happens to me a lot over my life time in moments of my relaxation or trance I see thing that have not happen yet and in most cases it happens at a later time. Just coincidence or is there something more?
