Crystal Energy Obelisk Dream

One night I had this dream that I was standing at a high table that I have in my bedroom. On this table there is a circle template or board. Inside the circle were crystals cut in the shape of obelisks. All of the obelisks were placed neatly in formation just inside the edge of the circle. Now in the dream there were amethyst, clear quartz, citrine, and many others. In the dream it seemed that all this was associated with planets and a doorway. While I was at the table in the dream I knew I what I was doing, but when I woke up I didnt really know. Now I'm on a quest to find out why was I "raising this energy", and what doorway? Then I research a crystal book by Cassandra Eason. She states that each mineral or crystal has an association to a certain planet. So I have been on an obelisk hunt and have obelisks for 6 planets. But I dont know what the template or board was in the dream. And I dont understand what doorway, or what purpose was the energy to be used for? Well I thought maybe it was a template of the 12 houses but that didnt explain the doorway,or does it? Then I did research on crystal grids and Egypt(obelisks) and am still wondering. Anyway the obelisk hunt has been fun, they are a very beautiful collection, and I am learning things in the process towards trying to find an answer. Any help for the quest would be grateful. Thanks

Your dream reminds me of an experience I had in meditation some years ago. I'd been meditating regularly for relaxation and to improve my running performance and I started to feel energies around me. I asked to see them and a little while later I was doing my usual routine and felt/saw this purple thing that looked like a fragile umbrella rise up from my centre and slowly unfold out of the top of my head. It swept me with it and the next thing I knew I was slowly descending into the centre of a circle of coloured crystal obelisks. Each one in turn rose up above me and poured into the top of my head filling my body with the colour. When they had all finished, I gradually lifted back up off the ground and descended back into my body through the top of my head. A mans voice said 'Now you have seen us.'
After that, each time I meditated, one of the colours would fill and I was taken on journeys, past life, other worlds, levels of conciousness. They were my guides and have guided me in turn ever since.
Maybe a similar thing is happening for you.
