Default processing new information

I find it interesting that when I study a new skill or concept (primarily paranormal subjects, currently working on subjective reality concepts and automatic writing this week), I have to sleep A LOT more than usual.

Today I fell asleep on the floor under my desk. Took me back to being a kid when I would fall asleep just about anywhere, anytime.

Mercury retrogrades sometimes exhaust me, especially if I'm processing a lot of information. I suppose this is another reason why I work from home, as it gives me the opportunity to sleep as much as I need in between caring for my kids and other responsibilities.

Do you do this too?

Yes a lot. I work from home also. I thin if we did a survey...a lot of ppl who deal with things such as this probably work from home...just because it can be so energy draining! I also found that once i sleep, i wake up FULLY energized and ready to start again. However, I cant keep batteries in my laptop, cell phone or watches charged for anything...ive always thought it was because i was drawing in energy to replace that which i have lost so quickly in during the day.
