Where can i start??

Hi guys,
I have had some experiences that i'd like to share with you...

first, the deja-vu, there was a period of time, last year, when i had many deja-vus, i think some times more than one in one day, and with time, i didn't get suprised when i got another, because i was getting used to it. I had a friend who was having those dejavus too, and sometimes we talked about them, who had a coolest dejavu, or the last long one. But i stop talking with him, and so, taking it to myself, with time the dejavus got more rare because i stop carrying about it.. but now when i get one, and i think becuse of having lost their surprise, when they come, i don't have that feeling of (oh, i think i already lived this), but, moments before i have it, i kinda feel a puzzle, putting its pieces together, having the feeling of (and it's gonna happen... NOW)

second, thougts, there have been too many coincidences so i can't call it coincidence, but sometimes when i'm talking in a group and some one goes to change subject, or gives an unexpected answer that drops down the chances of me having the same thing to say, well that's what happens, and i get tired of thinking "oh, i was going to say that first!!", or people telling me "that's just what i was going to say!!". But these kind of experiences fall into the pit of coincidence, and i can't barely remember one. But they happen a lot! I even tryed searching tutorials on the web for training telepathy, but none worked.

third, voices, well this is the most COOLEST one, one night i went to bed, and i had no sleep, so i tryed meditating, of course this was not the first time that i'd tryied it, but this time i could hear a kind of a white noise, at first i thought it wasn't me, so i got up to search for the noise, but it stop since i stoped concentrating, so i came back to bed, and waited for the noise to came back.. and it came.. well, some time later, i started hearing some kind of voices, people talking far away, but i was pretty aware, consciousness, i couldn't perceive what they were saying, so i got close and focus on one person and yes, i could hear what they were saying, and i got that feeling of "WHAT THE F***!?". at first, i was a bit anxious i didn't know what to do, how it works, i didn't wanted to blew it of, then, it was kind of funny, because i couldn't control of what people were saying, they were saying things i wasn't carying about and i found it kinda funny, but i couldn't feel too much the anxiety or the amusement, i could loose the focus. I was abble, with a bit effort, call this off sometimes at night (when i have time to meditate), some times i heard one person talking alone or to someone i didn't know, sometimes it could even be a discussion in a group of 3 people, this couldn't be an OBE, because i was doing this at night, when people are sleeping. I tryed in vain to interact with them in their conversations, but the only thing i could do is hear them, it was something like i have my own thoughts, they have their own talk, and i could hear them. One day i decided to wrote in a piece of paper a bit of a discussion between some friends of mine that i heard, hopping that if i presenced it (in reality), i could prove something to myself. That never happened, and i never had gutts to ask them if they really had it. So i found this "abillity" useless, and i haven't tryed it for some time.

fourth, energy, i found also, some time ago that i can provoque electrical discharges i think, something like goosebumps by my own will, that came from the back of my head, and i can feel it going down to my arms, hands and chest, and when it's a stronger one i can feel it in my face and in my legs too.

i can't just ignore those things, and lately i have been searching for guidances, tutorials, answers, something to start, i-doser doesn't work with me. I found that the teory of Hemi-sync they use belongs to monroe institute, when i have money i'm gonna make one of their workshopps, however i downloaded the gateway experience waves, i think it's pretty cool, i just started now, so i don't have many results. I also search about ancient cultures like the indians cultivate the chackras and the chineese cultivates the chi, i've downloaded some DVD lessons of GI GONG (or Chi Kung) and Tai Chi, and i found some of the GI GONG lessons a bit interesting, in a few i could feel the chi the master was speaking about in my hands and arms, the best way to feel it is with the body breathing tequnique or simply trying to hold an imaginary ball in the hands, at first i can feel some kind of small vibrations in my arms and hands, and as the vibrations get stronger, i can feel some kind of iches.

well i'm not gonna bother you guys anymore, i decided to tell you this (and it's the first place i'm doing it), so that if someone has experienced, or passed by some of my experiences and managed to controll them, can just give a good way to start please? a good place to search? to practice? I want to explore them and controll them. Any help would be aprecitated, thanks

Welcome to the forum . I think a lot of people get that deja-vu feeling and dont thank much about it . Read some of the other texts and blogs , you never know what you might find .
