Hi. I've experienced several situations where I have without a doubt felt energy to a high degree and have been right about what it was that I was feeling. I've always been sensitive to energy but lately I've been REALLY sensitive. I've also been really emotional and emotional is not what I am. I do not know if there is a connection but I have been "picking up" vibes left and right. They feel definite. Like I'm just know. Well, like I said, I don't know if it's just something that is connected to my emotional state or if it's something I should work on. Wouldn't know how to begin. Also, a medium once told me I tend to give off a light that spirits "see" when I relax. Does anybody know what this means? |

I can sympathize with your sensitivity to energy. I am having such a problem coping that I've been reaching out to the psychic community for help. This is the best description of this sensitivity that I've been able to give: Recently I've experienced a shift in what I think are intuitive forces. Often I tell people that I can read body language, but it's more than that. It's like I can feel their feelings right then- no matter what they're showing on the exterior. In fact, many times its as if people are projecting their inside feelings towards me with great force. I find myself mirroring their emotional energy and experiencing it myself. When the energy is negative, it gets caught as pressure in either my abdomen or heart. Lately, I've been feeling more sensitive and do not even have to be in the same room with someone to experience their projected feelings. And though I don't understand it in the least, singing has been the best way to eradicate the uncomfortable pressure that builds from the negative emotion. Sometimes visualization exercises help as well. But if the pressure is allowed to continue to build it manifests itself as involuntary movements and speech, as physical expressions of the emotion. I am also unsure of where to begin. But I would like to hear about your experiences in detail, if you are willing, and perhaps share some of my experiences with you as well. Love and Light Meghan |
