I had a dream where I was back at primary school and I had the teacher in my final year when I about 10-11. This teacher use to make fun of me for daydreaming in class, and gave me quite a tough time.

Anyway in the dream she told me to stay back after class and got personal with me, questioning my sexuality and why I was so quiet.

Instead of reacting submissively and timid like I would have done in the past, I stood up for myself and reacted aggressively, I called her own faults out and insisted on telling the headmaster to complain about her.

I got witnesses to back me up, mainly the other kids that were nice and friends with me. The whole dream seemed to start with me in my typical quiet childhood character in class, and then ended with me being very assertive and determined to stick up for myself taking it to the headmaster.

I have had similar dreams of recent as well, confronting school bullies that use to intimidate me as a child.

I have recently dreamed about giving birth to a baby girl. I basically felt how she came out of me. I was happy, it did not hurt at all and she was alright.

I dreamt last nigh that I was in a department store and the electricity ran out. All the people started grabbing stuff from the racks and running out. After a few seconds of wondering if I should do the same or not I did. So I went around looking for stuff that might interest me, but then found a bad and just started stuffing it with what I thought I might like.

Then I found myself in a different part of the shop looking for an exit. I was running but couldn't move quick enough because I was wearing the wrong type of shoes (smart work shoes - I was in a full suit etc). I remember thinking "I really should have my running shoes on for this" as my shoes kept coming off when I ran and I'd have to stop and put them back on.

Then as I turned round a corner the lights started coming back on. I carried on walking with the bag on my shoulder hoping no one would notice but was stopped by a security guard. The guard looked in my bag and then detained me. We had a bit of a chat and the guard asked me what I did for a job and basically said that they were dissapointed in me as I didn't need to steal but given the opportunity I took it. It was as if the guard knew me personally and was like a schoolteacher/parent type figure.

Just as I thought the guard was going to let me off with a warning I noticed out the window all these people running out of the door at the same time. I thought they must be the people who had waited for the lights to come back on and were now free to leave - I really wanted to be one of them. Then the security guard asked me if I'd ever been on unemployment benefit before wheich I took as a hint that I'd probably lose my job over this. I started thinking how meaningless all the stuff I'd taken was and that if someone had given me a blank check to spend in that shop I wouldn't have even looked at any of the items I had taken. I thought how stupid I had been to just mindlessly grab all that random stuff when the opportunity arose and what it had now cost me.

Then the alarm went off and I woke up. I really felt like it was a test of some sort that I had failed miserably.

I think your dream is just a friendly reminder from your spiritual guides that it is a mistake to comprise your integrity for the quick gain even when it looks like you might be able to get away with it, even if it appears that everybody else is doing it. And also, a reminder that anything you gain from such a situation will feel hollow and ultimately not be worth it. The dream may be indicative of situations that are to present themselves in the near future, and you will be pressed to choose whether you stick to your values, or go for an unscrupulous gain...

I think you are having cultural thoughts. To make this more simple, you are giving importance to female children. You are seeing yourself there. You are seeing that you are healed and your inner child,too. May be because you suffered through self issues in past. They are healed know this. You are mentally and physically healthy. Abundance and enjoy this moment.

You have good motherly energies and you will earn to be mother of your child in future. So if you have worries about it, i tell you let them go and don't affect on yourself.

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years. We are not broken up, but we are going through a rough patch.

Last night I had a dream that I was in a room, it was clearly an apartment, but it is not one I have ever seen before. He called me on the phone. (Real life: we haven't spoken for 3 days now. He said he needed some time.) In my dream, I was aware that this was the phone call I was waiting for and I ran into the room to be able to hear him, and have privacy.

From the beginning of the call he sounded far away, he was difficult to hear and understand. I kept having to ask, "What?" "What did you say?"

Then all of a sudden he was THERE in the room with me. He was telling me that he would never leave me, and he wasn't breaking up with me.

And it turned into us being on my bed, and trying to undress each other to have sex. I woke up before anything physical happened.

It would seem that you are under quite a deal of pressure (I reach this conclusion based on what you've said only..! no psychic information entering in yet) ((Not sure why saying that was important, but it was... ))

As though you are like myself in many ways, wherein, when put into situations where you are oppressed by someone trying to intimidate you into submission, you generally go along with them, only... ONLY, because you understand the situation more than they, and give them what they want, only to avoid the conflict, and move on peacefully with life, realizing that they are the one with the problem, and everything that goes around comes around.... You are not the type to take most things very personally, and if you do, you rise, become the bigger man and, dare I say in such a forum, become in essence a living breathing example of the concept Jesus tried to speak of when he said, "Turn the other cheek".

Now friend, I must say, that your dream, and those of the same essence or theme (I.E. Bullies, etc) seem to be nothing more than the clearly identifiable reality of your subconscious letting you know that you have let your resentment of those who do such things to you, is building or possibly even has already, to a point in which it is now detrimental to your "spiritual health" so to speak, and it is indeed time to let off a little steam, but follow your nature, and use tact.

It is never a good thing to bottle negative emotions with yourself. You begin to feel weary, or even experience literal physical headaches because of the stress of your inner self trying to deal with those energies which are not consistent with your true nature.

I must say however my friend, in regards to the first part of my post (The speaking of your character and general personality, as it relates to the subject of the situations in these dreams) that Nobility, is only as good as the letters that make up the word.

To be truly noble, one must do so, not in order, or hopes even of gaining some kudos or thanks. They do it because it's just who they are and how the react. They do not struggle on, turning their cheeks, so to speak, because they feel an obligation to do so, but rather, because they see no point, nor can they bring themselves down to the violent nature of their oppressors. Their only response is (I know this post seems overly religious, but I assure you, I am only using it as a good example for the concept, or moral of such issues.) "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do"

As long as you walk around turning your cheek, trying to be noble, you are only hurting yourself, though the sticks and stones thrown by others bounce off, causing no hurt. The resentment that is secretly in your heart for always being treated in this manner, is growing to a dangerous level.

I don't generally offer suggestions or advice on what to do, especially in regards to some dream, but I feel the need to do so. I usually would only point out these things and let you sort them out, for it is your life, but I will say this. I think that you need to confront those who are pressuring you in anyway that makes you uncomfortable, and though it will make things worse, and a larger confrontation will follow, coupled with a complete lack of understanding of what your saying, and a refusal to change, simply, my friend, stand up for yourself, stick to your guns, and don't let anyone make you give up what you believe in.....

I dreamed I was back in Guntersville Al staying at a camper on the lake. My x husband was there and 3 other people I can't recall enough detail to know who they were but I do remember 3 of them. I remember my x was mad as hell and had a shot gun. He was shooting thru the camper hoping to hit me. I got the cops on my cell andbtold him they were on the line. The door was open and he was standing right in front of me with the gun. He said you got them on the phone right now I said yeah he said yeah I said yeah he raised the gun put it under his chin and pulled the trigger. I watched his body slump down against a chair and flop a bit. Head was gone but there was no blood. One of the 3 said why would he do that? I said because he was a selfish SOB he has a son thats sick! And that's all... whatcha think?

two dreams.

the first was in first-person, I was watching a stream of people go by, just endlessly, kind of like rush-hour in NYC, only there were no gaps or pauses for traffic, it was unceasing. from the midst of them, a little girl walked up to me with Xs where her eyes should've been. no blood, just a black gaping hole. I think she rushed up to me but I do not recall the end.

the second was a few days ago. my mother was in a white room, and she was in a state of desperation, I could feel it. in this state, she leaped forward belly first onto the floor, somehow cutting her throat in the process, effectively committing suicide. I awoke immediately to check and called around, but she seems to be alright. strange thing about this one is that a few girls I know dreamt of their mothers dying in different ways, that very same night.

I've been having a lot of bad dreams lately, and these aren't even the worst of them. I'd like to make them stop though.

I dreamt it was some important Jewish holiday. In the context of the dream, I knew which it was, but it was never named, and in real life, I don't know which holiday it is.

A ritual would begin by sundown, and it was important that all the steps of an unspecified ritual be completed. Even if I was not religious the rest of the year and didn't have any beliefs, it was important to do this ritual. It would be improper or inauspicious to perform any part of the ritual without the other parts, so if we missed any part, we had to skip the ritual until the next year.

We had to arrive at my family's synagogue by sundown or we could not begin the ritual.

This ritual had some specific, important meaning in the context of the dream.

For some reason, I found myself outside, wandering around in only my bathrobe. My family went on ahead of me and they arrived at the synagogue before I did, and it looked like I was going to miss the start of the ritual.

I followed some road as the sky grew increasingly dark. Friends tried to pull me off to do various things but I was determined to reach the synagogue and start the ritual.

Finally, another group tried to pull me off but I recognized the old rabbi from my family's congregation (one who in real life married me and my ex-husband). I realized that it would be dark, and I could not reach my family on time, so I would have to begin the ritual here and where I was.

The new group welcomed me.

I've had two egg yolk related dreams this week!

In the first, I had dropped a raw egg yolk down the back of my sofa and I was worried about it breaking. My pet hamster ran down the back of the sofa and I was terrified of it breaking over her. In the end she came back out and the yolk didn't break.

In the second, I was frying an egg. My focus was on the yolk and it seemed to remain uncooked and perfect despite the frying. It had a small amount of egg white around it which became dirty and greasy during cooking.

Are you worried about something in your current situation "breaking"? Afraid of a relationship split-up, losing your job, losing something you enjoy having right now?

The night prior to my creating this thread, I had a dream a dog approached me in a friendly manner, but despite that, it bit me on the hand and locked on. I clawed my fingers of my other hands into the dogs eye to get it off me (this defense mechanism may be useful if any of you ever find yourselves in a real-life dog attack).

When I woke up seconds later, in the middle of the night, I could still feel the pain in my hands despite that there were obviously no bite marks there. Why?

I worried for a little while that since this was in my subconscious, this might accidentally manifest, but then I didn't because I had another dream back in April or May that a cat tried to attack me and that never materialized!

Dogs in dreams generally represent particular family or friends who are close to you. This family/friend is not a friendly little puppy, there are ulterior motives involved. The way it locked on also suggests a manner in which it may indeed harm you.

I remember having this one dream, i don't really remember when I had the dream but it feels so real i cant tell the difference between reality or dream..... the only thing I remember is that I'm underwater, and I can see the sun moving since I am underwater, also It doesn't seem like I could breath normally underwater but I was able to breath? and i wasn't really moving, I was just there looking up to the sky while underwater and I usually remember that when I go to a pool and I' underwater, I just remember it and feel like staying underwater for a long time since in the dream it felt very calm and relaxing.....

I had a dream about two different couples (one reminded me strongly of the main characters in the film Love Actually). One of the couples was walking along, talking about their relationship and the man was saying that marriage would not be on the cards right now but later on for 'political' reasons. The woman was upset by this. However, they were walking arm and arm and the scenery was incredibly beautiful. A mixture of greens, greys, reddish/orange brick coloured buildings in the distance and a feeling of space.

The other couple - the woman did not make an impression at all as she was being rushed by the guy - were walking through white old buildings, like something you'd see in France, Italy or somewhere I think like that. Clearly some kind of site of historical interest, after the man asked the other couple where to find a book exhibition or something.

The woman (one half of the first couple) replied that the book stall was on the High Street and the man seemed to know where that was. She then realised that her advice had not been completely accurate and amended it, giving a more precise location but he was no longer listening, pulling the woman he was presumably in a relationship with away, to where he wanted to go. His body language was tense, he seemed hurried and he was all but pulling the woman away and towards his chosen destination, practically running.

Any insights on this dream would be great, thank you.

I have a recurring dream and been happening for as long as I can remember….

NOTE; This dream is different from normal – because I am me in this one (Usually in dreams I am either an onlooker like watching a movie….or I flit between the characters of the dream (I do lucid dream a lot also) what I mean by flit is I will be both victim and pursuer/ male/ female/ child/ mother/ father etc…

I dream I am me and I am waiting in a queue to visit a woman and see her house (in the queue is all types of people young / old/ business types/ skin heads / races). I eventually get to meet the woman – we chat and she shows me her beautiful home before leading me down to the cellar.

As we enter the cellar there is a guard sitting at the table who tells me I have to solve the riddle (the riddle is to choose the right chest). I walk past him and there are two barred cells on either side of me each containing a chest (one he says opens death and destruction and the other riches and love). I am afraid of choosing the wrong one and for a long time chose neither – the solution quite simply is the right one being the chest to the right.

Any Ideas?

I'm just going to throw a dream out there that I had this morning.

In my room, a fairly big spider was emerging from under my bed. It was white in color and had a large back body. On another glance, its fangs were black.

I remembered hearing that white spiders represented good luck, but I needed to dispose of the creature. Not wishing to get too close, I looked around for a suitable weapon, and eventually picked up this chrome pipe that connects to the vacuum cleaner.

The spider was beginning to change in color. Beneath its skin, red patches were beginning to form as though red blood was rising from inside it. I wasn't willing to wait it out, and so I swung down the pipe in my attack. Rather than 'squash' it, the pipe instead sliced through the spider's back body.

I could hear and feel a heartbeat, and I realised it belonged to the spider as with every beat came blood squirting up from its body. I was worried about getting its blood on me, so I left the room. However, I think the spider had survived. When returning later, I was concerned as only half of it was visible. This creature was still out there.

I dont know if anyone can help me or not, but here goes...I am currently in a happy relationship with my partner of 2 1/2 years but (recently) every now and then i have been experiencing this dream where i am with my boyfriend somewhere and there is a strange guy that i am attracted to. He keeps popping up when i am alone and sometimes i can see him in the distance when i am around others. He is attracted to me and very forward, and i am attracted to him- it is almost like he is following me. In my dreams, i am always somewhere with my partner and this guy is trying to seduce me- i want to but i never do because i know i could never cheat on my partner so i keep rejecting him. I have never seen this person before in my life and i honestly could not even tell you what he looked like. It feels like i am hesitant to tell this person that i have a boyfriend because i want to be with him but at the same time i couldn't hurt my partner like that so i always tell him i cant almost at the last minute.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

I've had similar dreams-- with far-away sounding phone calls. And the repetition of "what?" And the sudden appearance and disappearance of people. I wonder what all that is about?

My dreams are causing me real trauma in my waking life. It takes me days to get back to normal.
History –
I met my soulmate in High school – I knew it then, I have known it for the past 25 years.
We dated for a while – I went to college – he went to another college – we always found a way to keep in touch someway.
I got married – he got married (to another women).
I have been ok with this because I knew that one day we would be back together.

The last 6 months I have been dreaming about him and he has been in my waking thoughts. It was the kind of dreams where I KNEW I had to contact him and see if he was ok.
He contacted me back and told me that he agreed we have always been connected. (though I don’t really know if he feels “connected” to me the way I feel ‘connected” to him. )
He was happy that I had been remembering some of his visits because he has been very into his Astral Travels lately and he has been visiting me.
I asked him to tell me about his visits –(mainly to see if his visits were the same as what I was dreaming about)

I haven’t heard from him in 2 months –
My latest dream is this –
I was my current age – going back to high school –
He walked up to me when I drove up to school and leaned in the window and smiled at me. The feelings that I have always had for him came back. Love, Home, Safety, Peace, etc…

We went to class and we sat by each other – We were talking and it all “clicked” into place –Hand in Glove type feeling --- we were connected again and I was happy.
He reached over to hold my hand and felt my wedding ring.
(I NEVER wear my wedding ring in my waking moments.) He rubbed my ring and looked up at me and smiled that smile of – “you are married- I am married” – NO

I woke up heartbroken – again.
My dreams of him are ALWAYS of him coming to me and we reconnect – but he ALWAYS leaves me.
I feel that feeling of “First Love” that is so all consuming – then he leaves and I am heartbroken for days. Close to tears – Hole in heart type of feeling.
I am really tired of feeling this way – and I really want to just forget him.
