~THE last healing theory~

Entertain yourself with this notion, please. I understand this will be difficult to grasp, because there are alot of beliefs and theories out there..and hold many who start every sentence with "teacher says"(because it is not yet realized that it isn't about a thought..it is about a feeling)....but please..try this for one week, just a few minutes a day, and if you see results and feel things happening differently for you in many facets of your being..feel free to ask questions of the I AM and I will try to channel the answers as best I can for you..



I believe I have found a way to explain without one even having to understand it..how to heal from within. (this should many over until their own shift into I AM, that ultimately transforms one back white light energy and healers as natural and grand as the famed "Jesus".) IF YOUR EGO JUST SHINED ON THIS LAST STATEMENT..THIS TECHNIQUE IS GOING TO FAIL YOU. THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR GREED IN CHRIST-CONSCIOUSNESS.

If you already have a method of healing meditation that you are already using..continue as usual, but add this into a small 3 minute segment.(what do you have to lose?)
If you aren't at this point yet, let me know or post here..and I am sure that someone here can give you the material to get yourself to this point. (I will probably backtrack and blog something or post here..to get fresh beginners to this point.)

When you envision the white beam of light come through you..in pure white..take from here.. Branch like a tree with the beem as the trunk..see it like your veins..going through your entire body. Put this light directly into your blood, so that it can flow freely through every cell without hitting any of the trigger mechanisms of emotion that WILL block your reception to the healing.

AFTER three minutes of this..you may find it necessary to do one of two things.

YOU either remove the beam and do your white light orb..(but I recommend what is coming next)
Where the beam enters and exits top and bottom of your body..slap what looks like a man-hole cover, or a screen, or even a spider web that is even believed all over to be protective, and is the strongest naturally created fiber for it's size yet known to science, at each end. (this is because most of the things that deflect healing are solid physical representations of the things that trigger the emotional feelings that interfere. This takes care of the body/mind segment of the triquetta which includes spirit, that is ultimately healing you from this moment and beyond.) Prevent the solid manner from pouring in, and most of the battle is fought for you when you are not meditating. Once you have established this connection..it is ok to leave it open. You remain connected to Christ-consciousness, well protected. The white light bubble becomes a technique of your past. (hopefully)

It is important however, that you take a few moments daily, to do this exercise, as with anything safe..there will always be energies out there that want to trigger failure and always be like T Rex testing the fence in Jurassic Park. Do this because you appreciate your newfound freedom, and not out of fear or "the meanies" or "demon possession". (eventually everything negative that comes at you will eventually become as entertaining as watching Jim Carey run into a glass window.)

If you are wanting information on any of the World's great mysteries..you won't find it in this thread...you will find them within yourself after you are connected to christ-consciousness. It was promised in the beginning of creation.

Once you are where I am asking you to try to go now, most of these things may just come to you and you won't need any more questions answered form an outer source.

So, you suggest leaving the white light on at all times? And just focussing on it for 3 minutes a day?

Or after the 3 minutes grounding the white light and starting it up again the next day?


Oh, and if you could give me a step by step how to (including details for beginners ) I would be eternally grateful!

Yes Ssandra..this is what I am saying.

A blog I started and cannot get signed back into (and pw retreival thingie is down right now..ironically) and haven't been back to re-blog yet. (this will be there..once I can)

Ignore the "filtering the shield" unless you are still in the testing stages of the white light protection.

The white beam of light..I also haven't added to it. It is basically taught and shown in chakra balancing and cleansing. (most of them anyway)

I should have probably added too, that a purging of all chakras will ensue the first few days, until your body has released a brunt of the problems and had time to adjust.

I found the first day..
I had
headache,
leaky sinus
sinking feeling in gut here and there
diarrhea
lower back pain and womb pain
and my feet had some odd symptoms too.

This is most likely normal for most.

Don't thank me..thank your guides. They have led you to this thread with divine timing.

Once you are plugged in, in this way..your guides and Angels team can work through most of the gunk for you.

Symptoms..you will be moody. This is the human condition symptoms of resistance.

It's ok. When you feel them..do this.

Take a deep breathe..upon releasing affirm..."I release this, too"

It didn't make sense to me. I don't understand the technique you are trying to tell. I believe that the conscious you talk about could be replaced with etheral love and protection. I am sure it is a wonderful technique if I could understand what you want me to do.

It's simple....see your divine etheral love and protection...it is how your human form relates to the energy you are linking to.

Consider it this way..you are connecting to the divine I AM.

This was sent to me in PM, but I opted to post..because it is a question that will provide value to everyone viewing this.

Rebecca. I've been very interested in, and appreciative of, your posts on the topics of meditation and healing.

I too am involved with these. I'm experienced, but I'm also a learner.

I'm interested in how you see physical healing fitting into your concept of healing. I have noticed healing to occur in at least several ways, or in several domains:

1. Emotional healing (healing of old emotional wounds or conflicts, improvement of moods, eradication of depression, more positive sense of self, increased zest for life).

2. Healing of the energy system or personal aura (& chakras, etc).

3. Physical healing (resolution of chronic problems, infections, increased disease resistance, improvement in the condition of tissues, improved eyesight, etc).

I'm sure the above list could be elaborated, and further detailed too. I believe that each of these levels can - at times, at least - be effected from the spiritual dimension (either self-healing or healing of another person).

What do you say?

Well, I say..your healing has been written. You can find it in Revelations.

your birthdate. Whats the number it adds up to? This is your chapter. (as well as the 5 behind it)

Waters=emotions
grasses and trees=physical healing
Any time fireballs come from the sky..this is enlightenment..spiritual healing hitting you metaphorically in this way.
Dragons=inner demons

Lightning=awakening
thunders=the witnesses to this in disbelief..(and yackin about it)
hail=gratitude for the enlightenment
Earthquake=your awakening

Have fun with your Revelations.

The meditation technique is important, because this plugs you in directly to source so that some of your issues can heal before awakening. The direct plug in, will help to keep interference of the human condition from happening during the process.

You will feel mood swings here and there at first. It is important that we realize these are deep triggers instilled from many many incarnations. We are not just healing this lifetime...we are healing our entire souls journey. This is why therapy..is merely temporary for most of us.

As per the code to revelations. If you have a question..please voice it. There are some things that I am sure I learned that i forgot to mention. I will update this as I can..when new information comes to me. It was downloaded for me..I am just still sifting through the information.

Andrew, please be patient with me sweetheart. I am feverishly searching for a way to breech the communication gap here. Sit tight a bit..and another indigo will be here to explain in a language you can possibly better understand.

I didn't quite "get" the meditation either. This manhole cover, are you saying you stick it on the end of your first and second chakras? That sounds crazy to me if so, we need to have an energetic exchange with our environment. If it's a block for negative energies, I think we need to stipulate very clearly that only negative energies are blocked by the barrier and positive energies can move through. Ad even then I think there are better ways.

No hun, I am saying..that there is a white beam of light that goes thru you..from above to below. I am saying that at the top (just above the crown) and the bottom (just below the base) ...
Where the light enters your body from either end. If you feel like you have to rinse lots of gunk out...keep the flow in one direction at first..with the web off the bottom. Slap it on when you are not actively in meditative state, lest something gunky swim upstream.

This visual..will help program your auric field with intention to keep physical manifestations that bump our triggers from effecting us emotionally.

Love light energy can go through ANYTHING. Walk thru walls. Walk on water. Etc. Your internal spirit already knows this. Try to keep the mind out of it. It is about healing. There is no place for the mind, in healing.
