Have you tried a local news lost and found ad? Have you called local animal control to see if they have picked up the dog? Local shelters? Put up flyers? How badly do you want your dog back?

Hello everybody! This is my first post. I have an interesting situation to share with you. I will go say hi in the introductions forum, but I saw this forum and wanted to see if anybody had any ideas.... In 2008 my sister and I cleared out my mom's house. We had to put her in Assisted Living due to increasing Alzheimer's. It was filled to the brim with stuff. Some very valuable stuff, some sentimental stuff, lots of junk. I mean things like orange juice glasses from 1959 in the attic.... My grandfather and aunt have both been dead for many years and they both held prestigious degrees and had a pile of awards, diplomas, etc a foot high. My father's PhD was with the stuff, along with his 2 masters degrees, and my mom's bachelor's degree. We tossed everything except for Dad and Mom's degrees. Smash! Into the pod it went. Now I wish I had scanned them for my kids to see, but it never occurred to me. My kids never met them, and I didn't want to put them in the attic for them to clear out one day. Well, I am SURE I left my father's degrees in a box on the sofa in the house. The next week I went back and they were gone. Poof. Dematerialized. I think Dad (d. 1997) might have been angry at me for throwing away his father's and sister's degrees, or my sister could have accidentally put them in a box of stuff..she has boxes she has not gone through, and I've gone through almost everything except for a couple of boxes of gardening tools. I'm just wondering if anybody has a clue if this mystery has a simple or a totally mysterious and supernatural solution...I SWEAR I remember seeing the degree on the sofa one week and gone the next...but you know how the mind can play tricks on you. Does this strike anybody? My father's name was Grady and his degree was from the University of North Carolina. Thanks all and I look forward to getting to know you!!! |

Possibly I sense this by a wall where there's an object with cloth around a steel pipe, like on a foldable stool, and next to this to the right there is something taller, perhaps a box or a bag on top of something else.

| Well, I might have been a bit hasty calling it a flowerbed, it should be a thing that is surrounded by a white construction, this I believe is metal straps or rods that are connected together in some way. I can not really make out what it is. Now I also saw what looked like a hair brush next to it, one with almost transparent (white) brush bristle and rounded ends.

Hi, this is my first time posting, as i am new here, but ive noticed alot of you are gifted with finding lost items, i was wondering if anyone can help me to find my lost cellphone, first off my name is Joseph Talley and my phone is a Red Blackberry that runs through T-Mobile, it is currently not on but can still be used for internet purposes(which also includes time)...I had lost it when i put it down somewhere to look for my wallet that same day, I found my wallet pretty quickly after realizing i had lost my phone...Something kept telling me it was near the cusions on the sofa but ive looked many times and havent found it anywhere ive looked...I have job interviews approaching and my phone is my only real thing that keeps me on-track with time, if anyone can help me i would very much appreciate it.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me? I've been searching for a lost items psychic thread for a few days and I was so happy to find an active one finally =) My missing item is an antique opal ring. My boyfriend bought it for me and it was supposed to be my engagement ring sometime very soon (just waiting for the right time!). I'll try and give as much detail as I can. I've always tried to make him have it so I didn't lose it, but he kept returning it to me, so we can't be sure which of us had it last. The last time I can say with complete confidence that I had it was my cousin's Christening where he let me wear it on the 24th July (if it helps you can see me wearing it here: Rebel Angel: Christening). But we think we had it the weekend of the 13/14th August when we took it to Newcastle with us. It would usually be kept on a top in my kitchen, but that room has since been painted so all the tops and drawers have been pulled out and it doesn't seem to be there; or next to my bed, and that room has been very thoroughly cleaned; or in my boyfriend's bedside table at his house, but we've looked there. We have done a top to bottom search of both houses and a quick one of our shared flat in Newcastle (although we think this flat is unlikely because we think we had it in the car on the way home from there). The ring should be in its box which is navy blue with gold 'trimming' (what do you call that?!), it has a domed lid and a hook catch. The ring itself (see the pictures) is gold, has a single opal and on either side of the opal has 2 indented lines. Please help me, we've looked everywhere and I'm desperate now. We're planning on buying a new ring now, but I'm so attached to this one, I just wish I knew where it was. Even if you told me it was gone forever at least then I would know. Thank you xx |

(Now when I wrote this I came to think of a mid console in a car, that can fold back, it was not exactly what I saw, but something like it, most likely inside.)

Hi. I was was wondering if anyone could help me find my headphones that I lost recently. I have a feeling that they're in my bedroom somewhere but I can't see them anywhere and it's starting to get a bit frustrating. Oh! And please note that there are two sets of old headphones on my shelves but they're broken so I don't use them anymore. Thanks. |

Hi everyone I guess everyone who posts on this forum thread is distressed, so I won't go into the amount of distress I feel, but this loss happened at a really traumatic time and so any help for me to get some resolution about my watch would be appreciated, because I fear it was picked up and stolen and not reported as missing. Good news with timings would be great as I am really very depressed and unable to function. I drove home on the evening of Tuesday Sept 16 after 7pm Sydney time (or 6 pm) and I think I was wearing it, but the next morning, I was pottering about at home. I had an appointment to go to at 12.30 from memory, but was running late and sometimes what I do is to take all my belongings, meaning the household grocery money my husband leaves me, my car keys and watch from the basket near the door exit, where there are all sorts of things stored, and carry them down to the car together with whatever else I am carrying, which on this day was a black carrybag and a folder and then when I get into the car and have the engine running or before reversing, sort everything out. The problem is I don't remember or recall putting it in the basket the evening when I got home the night before, as is what I usually do, so I don't even remember if I am imagining that I had it in the basket for putting on my wrist the next morning, or not. So, if the watch was in the basket the following morning, then instead of putting it on, I may have been carrying my watch, meaning to put it on my wrist later, and in haste, I didn't and just carried it down, then left it in the car on top of other things, or alternatively, just put it in my black carry bag for putting on my wrist later. This carry bag has no zip, so sometimes it can fall on its sides and contents may come out. However, I have asked at the places where it the bag could have fallen on its side and the contents slipped out. I had the interview at around 1.30 pm, then was in the car for an hour, getting over it, then had an appointment some distance away in which I had to reach into my bag to and get my purse out to get change for the parking meter, then I got dinner from a take-away shop nearby and may have made a stop into the newsagent that evening, too. When I got home my husband greeted me, he asked me to clear the car of excess stuff and I hurredly put things into bags etc, including some that ended up in the laundry and perhaps one in my garage, which is down from the house, via the garage next door, which is where some things initially were stored, but I wanted to check for the watch in the house that evening I noticed it missing, but could not find it, nor did I have time to check. I later checked the black bag I had with me that evening and any other bags, but could not find it. I have enquired at all places I have been, including the day before and put up notices of the places where I parked my car that day. I have paid many psychics for help, even a guy with a metal detector to check the pathway and plant beds leading from my house down to where my car is parked, two days later. Initially a couple of psychics - I called via phone said it was in the home, one said it was in a garden and the other said by email that "things don't look too good", and that the watch was lost in transit. Yesterday I had a car garage guy check underneath my car seats as I distinctly thought I heard the two vibrating noises the watch would emit and that it must have been wedged somewhere I could not see or access - but it must have been my imagination. Thank you for your precious time and your wonderful gift, too. I hope I can repay it to someone else, some day. |

Hi all, I wonder if you could help locate my mother's red wallet. She used it a few days ago and placed it in her coat or handbag. Any pointers to where it's lurking or if recoverable would be much appreciated.Thank you. Dave. |

I'm not really sure what to make out of this. I don't believe the watch is stolen, even though it's indicating that someone might be responsible for it's relocation. The best I can understand is that it might be, not in the car, but perhaps by something belonging to the car, and this could be stored on a bench or similar, maybe in the garage.

This is my first day in this website, I found this through google search. I need help desperately, I've lost my diploma almost 3 years ago and since then I'm looking for it but I don't have any idea where to look for it That time I was living in Malaysia then moved back to my country, I don't even remember it is in Malaysia or here! I asked a friend to get another copy for me from the institute which I had studied there, she did but later that copy was stolen before I could get it here in my country!!! Now there are two copies of my diploma out there and I can't find any of them |

Are you sure the second one was stolen? Or could it have been lost in the mail, so this might be a post-office. Perhaps the address was wrong or something.
