My First OBE experience

I don't know how to start telling about out my experience today. For the very first time, I encountered an OBE. I remember myself in the middle of my dream and then suddenly woke up. I changed my position covered myself with a blanket and laid at my side. I know I fell back asleep again but then I felt something pressing my legs then it suddenly grows up into my whole body. I was just so scared that I think someone else touches me but then I figured it out that I'm just having an out of body experience. I'm vibrating and heard a cracking sound and then I voluntarily lifted my hands. I know I'm sleeping at that moment and I remembered my last position but it's like my eyes are wide open and I see my arms and my hands lifting. I saw the blanket also lifted up. It's like my physical body is also moving and then suddenly my hand dropped off but my other hand remained lifted out of the blanket and the first separation succeeded. Next, I moved my other arm and effortlessly I made it and stood up my bed. Surprisingly I felt a little bit taller than actually as I am. And then I saw someone's lying beside me. I jumped out of my bed and started to see what it looks like being out. I slightly fixed the blanket that covers my body and then I left my room. It was funny seeing myself sleeping. When I was about stepping downstairs I started to saw black entities. I don't know them but the moment I wrote this message or just remembering them it gives me goosebumps. They look like casper but they are black. No definite face but they move so fast and they can be around me anytime they want but they don't get any nearer to me but they're trying to. I know they are a lot of them coz I sensed them. I closed my eyes, but not actually closing them, It's like my vision or my third eye lost a vision when I saw them and tried to visualize white light but I didn't succeeded. What had just happened is that a lot of caspers came out of me but this time they are white. I called the name of my God and then suddenly woke up. My eyes opened effortlessly and talked to myself asking what had just happened. Is that all? It was an out of body experience, isn't it? It's too short and very disappointing. I keep on recalling what happened. I woke up at the same position as like what I have left my body. So this is all true. I was freezing because of the weather and maybe because of what I have experienced.

My OBE happened so quickly that I'm thinking what will happen to me if I didn't woke up and faced those entities. What surprises me is that I woke up so effortlessly unlike my previous experiences before in my sleep paralysis. It happened to me a year ago. I can't remember the exact date but I know it was year ago during this season and that was the last time I had experienced this. I didn't succeeded before. This time it was so effortlessly. I didn't do anything, any ritual, meditation, anything or whatsoever. It just so happened naturally. It happened around 5 am in the morning. I slept at around past 2 am and before I lost my consciousness I remember a face flashed into my vision. She is like a middle aged woman with short cut hair like man. The picture is so blurry but I know she's a like a woman or I'm not sure. She looks weird that it seems like I'm looking at an old photo and she looks really weird but she resembles a human. I can't figure out coz it flashed like 2 seconds and then she banished. I slept, dreamed suddenly woke up fell back asleep again and then my OBE happened. I know that I really slept but it's like my entire vision started to see things clearer. I feel my eyes are closed but I can see out of the darkness. The transition was so quick between my awake state and my unconscious state that it actually feel that I'm still awake but I know I wasn't coz If it is I will not be able to see myself and fly. The events are so connected when I remember that I changed my position, grabbed a blanket and covered myself and sleep back again. So it is impossible that it was a dream.

Last year when I experienced this, and I think it was documented here in this forum, my body was vibrating intensely unlike what I had experienced now that it was less intensive and effortless. I didn't experience an astral projection before because I'm so scared when I saw someone staring at me and besides my arms and head are too heavy. But this time it was so effortlessly and less scary, at least for a moment. My eyes opened so quickly that I do not do normally during that time of the day or even in a deep sleep. I am so rejuvenated and so aware of the things around me that it felt like I'm awake for the whole night up to morning coz I can recall all the events and challenged myself it was true. I stood up my bed and went downstairs and what I saw sleeping beside me in my bed was my brother but he's downstairs. Can we actually sleep but our ethereal body sleep in a different place? As I wrote this I remember the movie avatar. It's like we sign in and then sign off regardless of where we are. I came back to my body so quickly and effortlessly. My next question is why I feel taller than my physical body? I was just standing in my bed that it my head actually touches our ceiling. My next question is, what will happened if I didn't woke up and encountered those entities? What are do's and don'ts in doing an astral projection? As I've said I didn't prepared for it or intended to do it. It just happened naturally. I remember I got a severe headache for the entire night that it seems like I'm catching a cold. I massaged the middle of my forehead circularly. Does this have any connections?

Don't worry about not returning to your physical body. That happens automatically and is not dependent on your will power. You are astral projecting anytime you sleep and returning awake in the physical body. That is happening within each 24 hours. So it is a natural process that will continue even if you become conscious of the projections.

First thing is to understand that this is not your first projection but is your first or perhaps one of your rare experiences of an already on-going natural process.

You are become aware of astral projections not initiating them. You are initiating consciousness of them.

The astral body can stretch up or shrink down, that is why you might feel taller or even might shrink down to ant size during some experiences.
