I guess the only way you can be sure is to go to each one and count them . There are books on the astral planes. Robert Monroe, Robert Bruse, Bruse Goldberg , Dick Sutphen ,Willan Buhlman , and many more have written lots of stuff . I think 7 th heven had some reffernce to a part of the astral plane . Just stay out of the lower astral , it is said visiting there will make you bad, mad or dead . desert rat

I agree with 'infinite' though it's more accurately described as an 'infinity of infinites'. More relevantly, there are vastly more than a single incarnation can visit. Personally I have visited only a few hundred and peered into maybe a hundred more. |

Many of the places I have been are not all that different that here other than the details. they still have dimensions, objects, landscapes, laws of nature, etc. I will give you a few of the more interesting ones: -Flying world (not a description of the world but of my incarnation that could fly). There are 5 spatial dimensions and one of time. Though that seems exotic it doesn't seem much different when there, it's just that there are more ways you can go from 'here'. There are only two states of matter, solid and something roughly like Ether. There is a gravity like force that collects the solid matter into planets on which animals and plants grow. All the remaining space is filled with Ether. There are no voids between things and no distinction between atmosphere and outer space. In fact for creature that can 'fly', it's possible to travel to other planets (assuming stamina). There are societies for the sentient beings with technology and economies. Science is based on what we would call metaphysical energy rather than physics energy. -The greenhouse: The farmer lives in what can be described as a greenhouse. It cultivates universes (generally like (and including) our own) as though planting seeds. The universes are housed in spherical containers that allow them to go through their birth and death cycle. The farmer inserts some universe starter material and a bit of itself in each sphere in order to have an experience. Unlike over souls, it is not particular where in the universe its experience happens. It just pinches off a bit and throws it in to land wherever. After a universe completes it growth and death, it opens the container, now mostly empty, and the bit flies out and (re)merges with the farmer. Every once in a while the bit is different than when it went in. In this way the being gains experience externally (as opposed to first person like us incarnations). The farmer is very organized and likes variety. Universes are lined up with similar ones being close to each other and dissimilar ones being far apart. Ones near ours have a few spatial dimensions, matter, fixed laws of nature, etc different but similar to ours. Universes 'across the aisle' lack matter and the ones further away do not have fixed laws of nature. -One being universe: The entirety of the matter and energy of this universe is contained in one really large being (approx 1% by volume). It sort of looks like a round wooden table leg with four dragonfly wing like petals sticking out in a propeller arrangement towards one end. It spins slowly along its long axis. As the being is alone in its universe, it spends its 'time' communicating to other universes by sending out 'energy' pulses to other universes. These pulses are generated on the petals starting at the tips and collecting towards the central hub. When they reach the main body, they travel along the surface to the nearest tip. One pulse from each petal arrives at the tip at the same, forms a blob and is released toward the edge of the universe. Some of the blob is scraped off when leaving the universe but most of it travels out. -Unmanifest universe: In this universe nothing actually takes form and exists. It's pretty much all thought and concept. There is a landscape of sort but it is very featureless. One of the strangest parts to me is that though there is location, movement does not exist. There is no way to move or relocate. There exist conscious beings that appeared to me as overlapping glowing balls. In some way 'thoughts' could travel from one being to another via the overlapping areas (determined by the color of the glow moving down the chain of beings one at a time). As there is no way to move, thoughts do not manifest into any kind of action. It all remains conceptual. In order to 'look around' I had to pull out and insert at another location. |

there is only one realm, the world as it is. There are many different ways to experience it. things such as an unmanifest world whether it exist or not can only be experienced by you as a conceptualization.
