Default Free class in astral travel and dreams

Has anyone taken this class?

Edited to add: New information about the sponsoring organization has appeared online since my first round of research about it. I can't speak for or against the veracity of this information, but I now advise any interested parties to proceed with extreme caution (if at all).

I found it tremendously helpful. The book that goes with it is also excellent.
Ugh...I want to learn dream recall before I even think about the astral plane.

Try journaling your dreams. Keep a notebook beside your bed and write down anything you think or feel is related to your dreams when you wake up. It shouldn't take too long for your recall to improve dramatically. Don't worry if you don't get much at first -- all you need is a feeling, or an image, or, when it comes, a sequence.

I second RandomJohn's comments. Writing down your dreams is the first step to improved dream recall. If you like 30 day trials, maybe you could try this as one of them. You can also use a tape recorder, then transcribe later--this is a great method if you want to quickly go back into dreaming without fully waking up.

I've gotten so habituated to recording my dreams that when I start writing while I'm dreaming, it cues me to the fact that I'm asleep. So far, my response to this particular cue has been to wake up! But there are far better ways to react when you realize you're in a dream....as we know.
