Someone in the dream/spirit realm implanted something inside of me

I have only one nightmare, and it has been my nightmare since I gain consciousness and knowledge. I have become so familiar(and so restless) with this certain dream that I would know every single moment that will happen. but one happening changed this traditional dream. If you wanted to know the dream read the two paragraph below, but if not, skip it.

I would wake up on my bed, and would look around my room. But I cannot move my body, it is paralyzed and stiff like a dead person in a coffin. Automatic panic would surge inside of me knowing that I will experience this terrible dream again. After that, I would hear an ear-breaking evil laugh, "Ha! You think you could escape from me again?"

Like a camera in a movie, my sight would be focused to the man saying those words (he change his appearance every time, some time a guru, a punk guy, etc.) he might be sitting, standing or sometimes invisible. Then I an idea will pop out of my mind: to wake up. I know by unknown reasons that if I stayed in this state any longer I would be die (or forever in agony). I'll try to wake up or sometimes I'll try to fight back like shouting "By Jesus, be banished evil monster!" But I could not speak also, so useless. Then after an undetermined time of indescribable pain (it's difficult to breath too, it's like im in a gas chamber!) I would woke up, unnaturally cold.

Now, the traditional nightmare happened until the first paragraph (the two-paragraph up there) but the change was that the man became a black cloaked man, he wears in all black. And the feeling around him are like: serious, scheming, and very mysterious. I did not saw his face, and he speaks very softly, unlike the super evil shouts before. He said, "You will never escape from me again." I did not panic, his calm-yet-scheming-figure like made me entranced.

He left then, I know that he had to go somewhere important(I just know it) he will come back, but he left something to guard me. It's a creature I don't know, and it's fluffy. My thought said I need to get out of this place because I do not know what will happen to me! I was paralyzed, the usual torture was not present, but the helplessness and hopelessness was drowning me to death.

Then someone(a male voice, deep) whispered to me when I was about to cry. He asked me if I want to get out of here, I said yes. He bargained to me something and I was horrified and refused. I forgot what he said but I remembered myself after sometime agree. He started to push something inside of me in the stomach, but it seems like my body refuses to accept it, it's like elastic. It pains me, like I was shot. He pushed it more until I heard nothing, saw nothing, and felt nothing.

Then suddenly, I was in my bedroom. Same place, same posture, and even breathing. It's like nothing happened to me. It was weird.

IM SORRY if this is long, im do not know how to shorten details. But what do you think of that happening? It troubles me a lot.

If you make something of it, so it will be. If you recognize everything as a reflection and illusion, so it will be. There is no meaning. Energy flows where attention goes.

Knowledge can be harmful, because it opens the mind and fuels the imagination. Let me explain this statement (which seems to go against much that I normally tell people).

Knowledge is good. Imagination is good. In principle.

When you are governed by fear, suddenly these qualities can transform into liabilities. Shadows at street corners become filled with muggers, a dark bedroom becomes filled with malevolent spirits, etc. - your imagination is a tool, and your mind uses it in whatever context that currently floats around your mind.

It's the curse principle. Curses work - if you believe they do, or if on some level, you believe you deserve to be "punished" the way the curse implies. That is, curses work only when you, on some level, accept them.

If you believe I were a witch doctor, a voodoo priest, or something like that, and I told you that I put a curse on you, and that you will die a gruesome death, and slowly wither away with a terrible sickness, well, all I have done is say a few words with a bad intention. Now, if you actually believed me, your subconscious would pick up this belief, and essentially MAKE you sick to reflect this belief in the physical world.

Basically, this is what happens to all of us. Our lives are shaped by our beliefs, and whatever we believe about ourselves, we work to make true, even though it may be against our conscious intention, i.e. a person gets lazy whenever they start succeeding at something, and thus never really makes a breakthrough because on some level, said person feels they don't deserve to be rich, or because they liken being rich to being an egomaniac *******, and they don't want to be that.

Vibrationally, this fear does open you up to actual "attack". Fear is a pretty low key vibration, and if this rules you, then you are susceptible to manipulation by beings that work on that low vibration level. It would be easy to "curse" you, or to shower you with scary thoughts so you lose your balance, not because these beings are in any way powerful but because you are so willing to accept it through your own fears. I feel this is what happened to you, either done by yourself or some entity that felt the itch to play a nasty trick on you and feed off that fear.

The thing is, there is no real reason to be afraid. I know, this statement doesn't help you much, but think about this:

- your dreams are your own "turf". Your mind, your consciousness create/determine the environment of your dreams, and whoever enters is subject to your "rule". Own your dreams.
- you have spirit guides, entities that work hard to protect you from things you would accidentally bring into your life and that don't serve your growth. So either, this isn't really dangerous to you, or you attracted it into your life as a lesson to learn, an obstacle to overcome
- who controlled events in your dream? You! That man could do nothing but whisper in your ear and ask for your permission, and only after you gave that he "acted". Next time, tell him to get lost and use your own, limitless power. Nobody beats me in my dreams if I don't allow it.
- use light. Starting from that point where that strange "implant" sits, envision a ball of light, or a flaming sun, growing larger and larger, pushing away the darkness (and whatever scary things lurk around), radiating outward. Envision yourself being held by your mother as a baby, fully safe and protected. Envision holding a little puppy in your own arms, a fluffy, cute little being that overflows with love and curiosity, innocent and totally loyal.

These feelings work against the fear of the moment, and when that fear goes, then there is nothing left to hurt you.

I know how scary this must have been...Ive had similar experiences but you are such a powerful creator on the astral that be assured there is no other except yourself in this angiush causing experience.

You can tell your on the astral when you can't move your body...it takes alot of trust tomove on the astral but first reaction of the mind is fear.....and begins with being like a rock and panicking so you can't breathe.....then comes a manifestation of your fear...

Your fear is being controlled and held captive by a man. Do you have relationship issues? Do you have control issues? IF so they are manifested in this astral state as that voice and man which you yourself have created...so to break a cycle.

A part of your light wished to give you something....empowerment but you dont know how to recieve from others so it was painful and horrific emotionally.....remember this place is a reflection of your emotions.

SO steps i would take to cure this anomolly...is to access your relationship with men, relax when your in the astral and attempt to send love and maybe even surrender to it to counterbalance the energy and absorb it or ask for help (ie God please take this energy away from me, thankyou god).... empower yourself and make your heart stronger then you will have enough light and confidence to counterbalance your fears.... and practise the art of acceptance.

For coralielillian, yes, thank you for your advice. I don't think I had relationship issues before (because the dream or whatever happened last year, so I don't really remember)

They are all good opinions and advices, although the thing is that It's hard to create and send love to someone/something when you are very afraid. One technique I do is to close my eyes and think over and over that they (the things I am afraid of) are all created by my mind, and they would be gone if I am not afraid. What do you do?

Leahmz, what you're describing is reminiscent of what alien abductees report as well. The aliens use screen memories to make you think a certain person is there, but the common symptoms are being paralyzed and having something inserted into your body. You might benefit from reading up on alien abduction experiences.

You're also describing classic sleep paralysis and hypnogogic hallucinations. Read up on that too.

In any case, the solution is to raise your vibration and move out of the fear state and into a more powerful, loving state. Connect with your spirit guides and let them guard you. And definitely connect with your angels, particularly archangel Michael.
