Angel number sequences

Up until a few nights ago, for several weeks I had horribly strange insomnia. I suffer with it from time to time, maybe every 6 months or so. The past two bouts with it were the same circumstances. Sometime around last November or so I would awaken at 1am, every single night for a couple weeks.

I tried everything to change it, no matter what time I went to bed, and even if I DOUBLE DOSED sleeping pills, I would still awaken at 1am, unable to get back to sleep till almost 5am. With the sleeping pills I would be barely coherent when I did awaken, but yet still unable to go back to sleep.

One night it just stopped, I slept through the night and continued to do so, up until a few weeks ago. I was faced with a similar life decision, the kind of choice that really is fundamental to another string of choices that you know will take up many years of your life.

This time, same thing. Even when I stayed awake for 30 hours, went to sleep at around 10pm one night, I wake up feeling mostly rested and groan as I look over at the clock that reads 1:03am. The following night, same thing, and this time it was 1:00 exactly. That next morning as I talked to my wife about it, she mentioned something and I suddenly felt like I was hit in the head with a brick.

If any of you have seen episodes of "House MD", there is always a spot near the end of an episode where something happens and it gives the doctor a clue, or the answer to his current dying patient. That's what this was like, and I pulled out my laptop and surfed over to Number Sequences From The Angels - by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D

I looked under combinations of what 1 and 0's might mean and I got this:

I was confused by that answer, I can't really totally place what it might mean for me, but that night I slept through till the morning, and have slept normally every night since (almost a week now.)

I am certainly not as well spoken or knowledgeable on the spiritual things as many people here in this forum. I get a feeling, like an inner picture of a guide I have as a very large Indian with a wrye sense of humor. I don't understand how I know, but just instinctively I think this would be a way he would message me, and he definitely would sit back and laugh jovially as I zombie through my daytime routine from lack of sleep, shaking his head and wondering when I am going to "get the message".

Did I "get the message" ? How do these things work?
