Psychic abilities..
 

Hi, I'm new here..i decided to make an account with this website because I don't have any friends whatsoever that I can talk to about these kinds of things. I've been interested in psychic phenomena since I was in 5th grade..I've always believed..
Lately,i've been very interested in developing my psychic abilities..
I've had many psychic experiences,however..i've never been able to control them. The experiences i have are usually about near-future things. For example, one day,for no reason at all..i'd think about a certain person that I hadn't talked to in weeks or so, and later on that day..i'd end up either getting a phone call about that person or hearing something related to that person..
can anyone please help me,maybe give me some tips on how to embrace my abilities?

Do chakra and energy field meditations (drawing up earth energy, drawing down cosmic energy, visualizing white light and strengthening the aura) and focus on your breathing. Try to still your mind. Also, start paying attention to your dreams. Keep a journal. And then practice. Test yourself. Ask questions and seek guidance and extra-sensory information at every opportunity. You'll find that advice in almost every resource you read. I've been studying psychic development for years and that's pretty much 99% of what I've found, repeated in several different ways. My goal is the same as yours. I've been interested in psychic development since I was the same age as you were, but only within the past 3 years or so (21 years later) have I been pursuing it with almost single minded dedication.

Welcome to the forum , white lite medation , yoga , and breath work are good . You mite get some tarot cards or a pindulum . There are many people on this forum and they will offer differnet advice , you should try different methods and see what works for you . Something mite work for a while and then you need to use something else . I can stare at clouds and make them dissapere , this is one place to start . desert rat

The key to psychic development is meditation, a calm mind , and a clean system. You are going to want to use a meditation that will get you to an alpha level (most psychics do their work or readings in alpha). If you are very stressed, tired, etc. you are less likely to produce positive effects. As for a clean system, the healthier you are the more likely you are to produce positive effects.

Is it true that some drugs awake the psychic powers?. I read it in Patanjali book.

I would avoid using recreational drugs to awaken psychic powers. You're already wired for psychic abilities. The goal is to get your thinking, conscious mind and your ego out of the way so that you can access and make sense of the psychic information you're already getting.

Drugs can dull or otherwise move your conscious mind out of the way - but you can achieve this without using them (albeit with more work). They can also cause you to hallucinate, which isn't psychic ability.
