IT probably may help if you know how to handle it, but I've heard people who do hallucinogenics and have "visions" are astral projecting to the lower astral realms. Though weed isn't a really powerful hallucinogenic. I did it last night, and it was REALLY strong stuff and I couldn't even THINK. I was trying to employ the stuff I learned from the power of now or just meditate, but it was impossible because I was introspecting so far and I come across stuff that's been buried in my subconscious for a long, long time. I think, after pseudomeditating, all I found was that my belief that "all beliefs are real" was true to some extent, without discovering it myself I felt the way I thought the universe was to be true, and I knew I may just feel that way because I made a realm for myself that fit the vision in my head, and not that the actual universe is like that (most spiritualists believe that the universe is subjective, but there still is an ultimate source, the common thread of all). I THINK freewill is something not simply part of the mind but I'm not sure, and I got the feeling that I was just consciousness, and I got more freaked out when I realized if there was no stimulus for my consciousness (thoughts, feelings), I would just be looking at nothing forever. |

It was a very strange experience, I have never achieved my goal of full astral projection but I believe this is the closest I have ever come. My entire body began to vibrate violently and I felt as if I was floating. When I opened my eyes I was not sure if i was awake or asleep. I was in my room but it seemed different somehow and there was a very high pitched sound. I may just have been very high! |

The closest I've come to astral projecting was done while sufficiently high. Although, I must note that I'd asked for the assistance of High(er) Self and spirit guides throughout. I was completely out of my body except for my head being "anchored" to my brain region. Because of the way memory changes while toking, I felt like I was out of my body for much longer than I was as far as clock time. As for spiritual growth in general, weed is great for amplifying a certain state of being, with less thought obstructing the knowledge of yourself, in that state. When you're high you're acting in your subtle bodies more so than physically, so removal from outside, sensory input is recommended (by me), especially when you first notice that your perception has become more fluid (you're high).

I had been doing a lot of research into astral projection and had attempted it on numerous occasions with varying degrees of success so I was aware of what was happening. The difference this night was that I made no attempt to project, it just started happening as I was drifting off. It was an intense experience and I just wanted it to stop. When I sat up I felt very strange and my body seemed to still vibrate violently. It took a while before things went back to normal.

Never have I had past life thoughts though, if they exist, but maybe these old old old subconscious thoughts I have WERE from past lives? | |

I had a hugely mindf#*ing experience the second time I smoked.... I dont know what level of reality i was visiting, but I was most certainly outside our little 3-D realm, thats for sure... what I saw was a bunch of images, some moving and some still, some from memory and some from ??????, and as I laid in my bed staring at the ceiling, the images gradually grew less and less frequent and eventually I was at the point where all I saw was 4 nearly colorless orbs rapidly switching positions with each other.... like round pixels or something. I could not see or feel anything in this world and in fact did not even recall that I had a body or lived in this world. from what I gather, the 4 orbs represented the 3-D universe from an extremely zoomed-out view... like I was maybe in a higher dimension or something. sadly I got spooked because I could not recall anything from this reality and as I was coming back I slowly regained feeling and sense and the orbs kind of split apart like dividing cells, and seemed to gradually form my body. since then, my ability to see and predict the future has increased hugely and I've met my twin soul..... who had the exact same experience with weed and has the same ability to predict the future... apparently he knows someone else who had that trip too... |
