negative energy

Ok, let me start this by saying I'm a spiritual person and regularly use the law of attraction but I'm somewhat blocked on this one. Last night I had an inkling to sleep on the couch, this is not normal for me but for some reason I didn't want to go in my room, this morning I finally did just in order to stretch out but even today I had the same feeling when it came time to meditate and the same thought when it comes to pondering bed time. Is it possible there's some kind of negative energy in my room and any tips on how to clear it?? I'm not crazy!!

If you feel safe in use of your aura, you can visualise your aura expanding and you can take this energy in and 'cleanse' it.


You can also literally call in your spirit guide or guardian angel and ask them to clear the space with you.

You can also, by use of a pendulum, exorcise a space. But if you are unsure of any of these techniques, or of the nature of the negs, then tread carefully. If its just energy, no biggie. But if you ever sense an entity, do not attempt to exorcise or cleanse unless you know you're up to the job. You can anger such entities and they will defend themselves.

Have you any information to share further on this exorcising with the pendulum? I am interested.

For the OP. Sage smudging helps. Sometimes you can accidentally perceive stale/stagnant energy for negative energy. I find that placing my crystal ball in the center of the room for a day or two, gets the old energy moving out of the corners and gets it flowing naturally in a positive way, again.
