There is a previous thread here, a few scrolls back, which discusses this topic in length, and there was some pretty interesting contributions from memory! Have a look.

I think if i do it again in the future i will follow Erin's advices and make sure i clear my chakras and connect to my higher self. I have been doing it sometimes in the wrong way, letting my hand free for 'anyone' to give messages, and did not like the outcome.

I got my spirit guides on a couple of occasions though, maybe i was better prepared and clearer on my intention when i did so

Hi Weena

I personaly ask Archangel Michael to clear my thoughts and to clear the communication so only goodness and Truth come through to me, that works quite well

I say it kind of like a little prayer before going quiet and getting ready to write.

It could be interesting to get under some form of hypnosis to do it and see what the restults are, using a light protection of course...
