 |  dreaming about the future
It seems like every now and then (and more often this year) I'll have a dream about something and then later in my life something like that will happen. Maybe half a week ago I had a dream I was trying to park in a parking lot in some town I've never been to, then I saw this guy I knew. Today, I went somewhere new, and went out of my way to stop at this store. I parked my car and when I was walking out I realized that the angle of the building and sidewalk, and the sunlight, was exactly like it had been in my dream (that's when I remembered even having the dream).. I didn't see that guy, but I actually saw a car that was very similar to his. A while back I had a dream about seeing Sacramento from the freeway (I wrote about it here), except when I had the dream I didn't realize what city it was because at that time I had never even seen Sacramento before. A few months ago I dreamed about some situation that seemed very random to me, and now I realized that I'm actually going into a situation like it..  Also.. a few years ago I had my most vivid/emotionally intense dream. It was about me and my ex, and I had it a few months before I even met him. It was crazy. Why am I having dreams like this? Is it like I'm picking up on a possible future from how my energy currently is/the direction I'm currently going? (hopefully that made sense.. I can't think of a better way to explain what I'm trying to say..) |

deja vu answer not good enough?? alright I'll try again.. we plan things in the dream stage.. when we return to earth and they happen and we remember.. we go "deja vu" pretty sure I had one yesterday  |

Hi merveilles - I agree with themasters reply. We can also (simplified, watered down version here) astral travel (or OBE) to our future and we sometimes retain the memory - though the memory is usually triggered by seeing/being in the place in physical. I also used to have deja vu conversations - which was, for me, really annoying. These experiences were more frequent when I was younger - not so much now. |
