    |  astral projection problems help!
hello all, when I astral project I cant seem to get out of my body---I am in astral form but I am otherwise superglued to my physical body. no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get away from that! What is it and How can I cope? I have tried everything from affirmations to commands etc. but nothing seems to work?

Astral Projection is not a common practice - I stayed away from it because it seemed dangerous if you don't know what you're doing (lots of creepy crawlies out there who are looking for a fresh meal). I hear "teleporting" is a good way to get away from the pull back to the body. Imagine you're standing on your roof or somewhere else!
