I was driving east out of California yesterday, and when I was almost at Sacramento I remembered this dream I had a few months (maybe even half a year) ago.. The view of Sacramento in the distance, the field around the road, even the sunlight and clouds in the sky, were almost exactly as they had been in my dream! The only differences were, in my dream, I had been on a dirt road instead of paved, and in front of the rest of the buildings had been a gigantic, tall black building, with a dark cloud hanging above it.. It was very ominous. I'm pretty sure I had never even seen Sacramento back when I had that dream.. but it had still been as clear as what I saw yesterday! It's bizarre.. Could it mean anything? It's also not the first time I've had some crazy dream about something that comes into my life later on.. Last edited by merveilles; 10-15-2009 at 04:12 PM. |

It may have something to do with the energy of the city. You getting some information about it beforehand as a way of a warning. To help you see through the polished surface and to be careful. Merrick |

This probably doesn't mean anything besides that I could be going through some intuitive or emotional phase, or just be exhausted. I just took a nap (I haven't slept yet for the night) and had a very intense dream. It was kind of like the dream took emotions I have about two specific things, and made them the entire dream. It was like feeling pure emotion without consciously blocking it or diluting it somehow. It was overwhelmingly painful and it woke me up and I started crying. |

Maybe your first dream was a premonition of sorts. Buildings often represent states of consciousness or states of mind in dreams. And the "gigantic, tall black building, with a dark cloud hanging above it.. " represented your state of mind as you neared the city in real life. Which given the other dream you posted about seems to fit. And the fact that in the dream you were on a dirt road instead of a paved one, like in real life, could denote that your state of mind/emotions are are rooted in the past. The second dream provided you with a way to express and release your emotions. A cleansing of sorts. Pent up emotions have a toxic effect on our bodies and minds. Tears are a great way to get rid of these toxins. Crying is healthy. |
