messages from left or right.

hey guys,
I have been trying to listen to my intution actively. I have however noticed that whenever I ask a question sometimes the message ( or in my language thought) comes either from my left or my right side.the ones comming from left side seem more like my thoughts whereas those from the right are wiser.

does anyone have any experience with such a thing I mean can surely distinguish between lower self and higher self from 2 different sides?

From what I've read, the messages you get when you look to your right are from a higher power; looks to the left are your own thoughts.

I don't know if this will help, but maybe both answers are from the same source, interperated a little differently, because the left side of your mind is logic and the right is fluid?

i used to try to listen to my intuition in a similar way. but i began to get confused about whether it was genuine intuition or i was just coming up with things myself.

so... i dunno if this will help but you may find it useful... instead of trying to listen with words i began to listen to feelings that surface in my chest or gut. this is if i am asking a question, i will know how a 'yes' feels and how a 'no' feels. since it is a feeling instead of words i have more trust in it. and then sometimes the intuition will come through words i share with others but i don't usually realize this until later... i do try to be sure i give proper credit even though the source of it doesn't care about credit.

i think it works a bit differently for each of us, depending on which sense we are already most attuned with ya know?

thanks for the suggestion. maybe i will have to work out on " feeling". but couldn't that to feel like mind made? there are days when i totally distrustmyself.

technically, sups, yes it can sometimes seem mind made. but i have found, if the issue is important for my growth or my being, the responses are much stronger - way too strong for me to create them myself.

sometimes the answer surprises me (not the one i would have expected or created for myself), isn't as strong, but when i act on it it turns out to be the best thing. then i know it is intuition and can trust it even more.

and really, (you probably know acting on intuition strengthens the connection) ... this may sound like a cop out or may sound like something that helps you with the trust issue... but if we act on something from intuition and it turns out to be for our highest good, then maybe whether the source of it is our mind or something purer isn't that important. i don't know if this will help you or not, something to think about.

i think we are meant to be co-creators with that source of intuition, so maybe if it is just our own idea but it is still helpful for us, then it's all gravy. but i can say with confidence, if it is an issue that is important to your growth or significant to your path, i don't think you'll have any trouble knowing whether you just came up with it yourself.

thanks for the assurance...yes I have tracking my gut feeling but it is still hard to differentiae especially when you are at a bifurcation whilst meeting decisions.and manytimes reasoon seems to overpower the gut( of course many a times i do repent giving reason the upper hand)
i guess it is all about practice practice and practice and of coursekeeping the senses open.
