Meeting others in the astral plane

I used to astral travel as a teenager and it scared the life out of me...i was terrified and did everything to try and stop it from happening. A few times entities tried to enter my body, but i always fought my way back..thank God!

Now I have been going to therapy and I was talking about these experiences and since then i have started doing it again and im now toying with the idea that if i can get over my fear it might be quite fun. I have a few questions that I totally cant finid the answer to as hard as i look...

1. if someone was to write something down on a piece of paper (and not show me) and put it on top of my fridge could i float up and see what they had written? I have tried to do this but something always pulls me back..my fear of finding out if its actually a true experience i suppose.

2. If my friend astrally projects to can i meet him and chat with him?

3. can we swap bodies!?

If the answer is no then are we really leaving our bodies...

1. Hypothetically yes, if you can float above a piece of paper and read it, you should be able to accurately report back. It's not always easy to go whre you want to go and it's not always easy to see anything (after all you have no eyes there). But experiments have been done, and also people on the operating table report floating above their bodies and seeing things they couldn't see with their body's eyes closed and taped.

2. If your friend and you are both astral at the same time and running around on the same frequency, you could encounter each other sure. Good luck getting the time and frequency just right thought.

3. You can't enter another person's body. Their astral cord serves as the attachment and something of a protector. The body is still inhabited as long as the cord is there.

Thank you so much for your reply! If you dont mind a few more have jumped to mind...I most appreciate your time!!

1. Sometimes i have found that i am floating about in the dark but other times i can see things very clearly. I have just never been able to conclusively prove it by reading something i had never seen before. You say i have no eyes, so is the seeing some kind of telepathy?

2. I wasnt aware that there were different astral frequencys...are there many? is there away to gaurantee being on the same frequency as someone else?

3 I read that astral travel can be self healing, that you can repair karma? Do you believe this to be true? Do you think its a good thing that should be encouraged and does it have any other uses, like seeing into the future, past, spying on people without them knowing!! If i floated into my friends bedroom would he see me if he was awake!?

Sorry for so many questions....it is surprising hard to find answers out there!! From my own experience my sister claimed to see me in her bedroom one time i floated there but to this day i dont know weather she actually did or if it was some kind of telepathy on her part.

1. The vision thing is tricky. Sometimes I can see very clearly and sometimes I can't. It's frustrating. I don't know a lot about why this is. You're seeing clairvoyantly, energetically when you do see though.

2. Yes there are different frequencies. Think of them like different channels. "Dude I watched tv last night. Did you see Big Bang Theory." "Yo, that's weird, cuz I watched tv last night too but I was seeing Heroes." Same tv (astral travel) but different frequencies (different television channels). What channel you're on depends on your own vibration. So you might both be astral and miss each other because you're not on the same frequency.

3. After years of thinking about this I think the biggest benefit to astral travel is giving yourself proof that the consciousness/spirit can live without the body. It really helps you stop fearing death. I know it's fun and interesting too, but playing around with astral travel can be dangerous if your vibration isn't high enough. If you floated into your friends bedroom he would only see you if he had the ability to view discarnate beings normally. You're on different planes. It's easier for people to see astral beings while they are sleeping. Much closer frequencies.
