Default vampires

Does it mean anything if you keep dreaming about vampires every night? I usually dream in 3rd person and I'm usually able to go from person to person and experience the dream from their p.o.v. If that makes sense. But anyway the first dream I had the vampire was chasing this couple and the setting was like the 1700's and looked like I was in a place like London. I just watched this dream. The couple didn't get eaten but the woman was attacked. They did create the vampire though. They broke this statue into dust on accident. They tried to put it back together but it didn't work then thats when the vampire showed up. I know it doesn't make any sense 2nd dream: This one their was a pack of vampires but they were young. So they were doing basic vampire stuff, they killed these vampire hunter ppl and other random ppl, they were in a castle, other random stuff. But the part that really stuck out was the vampire pack decided they needed to blend in so they weren't going to eat ppl for awhile. Thats when I took on the p.o.v of the head male vampire. I could feel his desire for blood and when he tried to eat real food I could taste how disgusting it was to him. It was really freaky I can still remember it. he see's blood everywhere and there was something written on the wall in this bathroom I can't remember. So somehow we end up in this tour group trying to blend in. We end up in this African shop waiting for the bus. It had all these artifacts that dealt with voodoo and how to protect yourself from witches and evil spirits. People started buying stuff then this African lady started doing some dance to repeal evil spirits then owner came over and started talking to me. Then thats when as a vampire I couldn't take the thirst for blood and I bit his finger clean off. Then I went back to 3rd person. All hell broke lose and the vampire ppl started killing ppl etc. Other stuff then I woke up. It's not *unusual* for me to have really gorey dreams w/ a lot of violence but this would be the first time I've dreamed of vampires

Dreams rarely represent exactly what you dream about. They are typically symbolic. Vampire=someone sucking the life out of you/others. What is more important is how you feel during the dream. Frightened? Out of control? In control? Was it dark or light? Etc...

not at all. I never feel fear in a dream. In these dreams I didn't really feel anything except when I took on the head male vampire but still no fear. Only once I was afraid of a snake which is weird b/c I like snakes. No, things that usually scare other ppl interest me. Like scary movies, spiders, snakes, bats, demons etc I like that kind of thing. I'm always in control of my dream I may not always no I'm dreaming but I can even stop a dream, doing things over a different way, I wouldn't say I have complete control though but in these vampire dreams I didn't feel out of control. And the dreams were in many different colors. Sometimes it was normal, then it would look an old sepia photo, in would have a red tint, or a blue tint, and sometimes black and white. My dreams are usually like movies in terms of how they look, i have wide views of whats going on, medium and tight views. I guess it's lucid dreaming. One thing I'm noticing about my dreams is that they don't happen in the present. Lately they've been happening in the past in European looking places. Or sometime in America but still in the past. And lately a lot of white ppl that I don't know at all have been in my dreams. It used to be me, ppl i know then a few strangers that had their own identity in my dream world. But it's been white ppl only and they don't have any identity in my dream world or in the real world, if that makes sense. Usually if I "make-up" a person I "make-up" things about them to so whatever p.o.v I'm in I know them even though I don't know them in real life. But in these dreams they're complete strangers.

My understanding about dreams is they are.. our EGO's interpretation of events we take part in.. so your EGO seems to filter a lot of vampires and gore okay.. stuff you like?

Another thing to understand about dreams is.. there's is the real reality.. this one is the illusion

If they aren't causing you fear, or making you feel out of control, and you can't figure out their symbolism, they are just visuals of the subconscious.

Yours sound sort of entertaining. I wouldn't worry about them.

Default Zombies

Funny.. I always dream about zombies... Sometimes I am running from these zombies and I am very afraid, other times I am killing them and it is fun. These are the dreams I always had as a kid. Most of the time they were nightmares. Every time I was given a weapon in my dreams it would never work or I could never hit them. After I deployed to Iraq and actually had to kill another human being these dreams became very violent. I could watch the zombies get blown apart, and fall, and bleed out. Recently (last year and a half) since I have been back from Iraq I don't have those dreams at all anymore but I do have day dreams all the time of things that happened and friends I have lost. Sometimes they come back very, very strong. All in all though I believe that they are not actual dreams, they are representations. This is my experience anyways. I still to this day don't understand the zombie besides the fact that I was always fascinated by the zombie movies, like Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, and Night of the Living Dead. Funny thing is that sometimes I would have a dream where zombies would slowly be walking towards my house at night and they would bust through the walls and doors and just keep coming. The thing that is funny is that my house was designed totally different in the dreams and when I would wake up it would take me about 10 minutes to relearn the setup of my house because I thought that the dream was the house lay out, I even got lost and very confused right after a dream a few mornings.
