 |  Lucid dream or pre-Astral projection
Recently i always find myself in a very very deep sleep but I'm almost aware or a little bit mentally active...I just slept last afternoon and I found myself paralyzed when i tried to move, I heard a tearing sound in my body and I feel very heavy but I can move a little bit (is this astral projection) but not successfully separted to my body. I felt a shake when i went back to my body immediately coz I don't know what's happening and a little bit scared...It also repeated again during my night sleep...i dreamt of something evil or entity and I repeatedly shouted the word "torah" or whatever i can't remember at all to cast him away...It made him froze (but he's fighting back...I'm scared of his fiery eyes) coz he's planning to attack my brother sleeping besides me...then I wake up in my dream but can't move...then I know that it's a dream and I heard the tearing sound like something is tear off or crackle sound again and I feel my arms mentally moving not physically coz I wanted to awake my body to get out of my bad dream...but my head is so heavy..but I'm almost there and then I lay my head down again and felt the shake in my whole body like a warp!!!.Did i encounter some sort of a spirit or incubus or something? Did I experiencing an early prepartion of out of body experience?

Pay attention to how I will change this: I just slept last afternoon and I found my physical body paralyzed when I tried to move it, I heard a tearing sound in my psychic or dream body and I felt my physical body to be very heavy but I could move that physical form just a little bit (is this astral projection) but my psychic body did not successfully separated from my physical body Right now you are familiar with yourself as your living physical body. But that is a combination of at least two forms which are the physical system and the psychic system. Astral projection means that the psychic system is temporarily separated from the physical system. Death means that the psychic system is permanently separated from the physical system, which is then pronounced dead. The tearing sound is in the psychic body. It is no danger to you. Sometimes you may hear a thunder clap or see a strike of lightning or some other sensational perception. These are normal parts of the astral experience. Observe these and do not be afraid. The astral body has to change its vibrational rate to separate from the physical body, and sometimes this is perceived b y the astral projector as a sound or flash of light or an energy inducement, shake, vibration and many other such things... I feel my arms mentally moving not physically coz I wanted to awake my body to get out of my bad dream...but my head is so heavy...but I'm almost there and then I lay my head down again and felt the shake in my whole body like a warp!!!. If you feel the arms moving mentally and not physically, it means that your will power is disconnected from the physical nervous system but it is connected to the system of energy in the psychic body. In such experiences an action in the psychic body is not mimicked by the physical form. This experience is itself an experience of astral separation, which is a form of astral projection. Stated differently, the astral body may be out of sync with the physical body while it is still interspaced in the physical form. And when this happens an action in the astral system will not be manifested in the physical body. The heaviness of the physical body occurs when the astral body is not properly synchronized into it. Then the physical body is in a cataleptic trance and when you exert your will to cause it to move or to make it wake up, it does not respond. This lack of response is interpreted by your mind as a trance or a paralysis or a heaviness. This state does not last long; soon you will find yourself able to move the physical body as usual. Did I encounter some sort of a spirit or incubus or something? You may encounter all sorts of nice or vicious beings in the astral world, just as we do in the physical world. There is good and bad in the astral world. So it is best not to enter dimensions where the vicious being predominate, just as in this world, people stay away from areas of a city which have a history of criminal gangs and other anti-social types. |

so it's a shift to astral projection when i consciously knew that i'm dreaming...I don't understand some terms coz I don't study psychic or paranormal things and I don't experience these things frequently for years or several months in interval before but now it's getting intense and usually more often in a month...should I do it or just fall into sleep ? what is the benefit of AP? I don't have open third eye but I know there are a lot of other creatures in my house. I can't see them or feel them but something in my mind tells me in real world...I'm not coward in real life even I sleep alone in dark for several days even I watch scary movies (i will just laugh coz I consciously know they are not real) but when it comes to dream and I see some creature, I feel some fear(sometimes I see their totality very clearly sometimes not...sometimes they are the counterpart of the living in real life and then they transform into something in my dreams but I recognize them...)but not in lucid dream where I can defeat them...There are creatures that my brother, grandma, and mother described that I saw in my dream not in real life...What is the connection of my dreams in real life? Sickness are prevalent in here and I know they are sometimes responsible for it..do we have different appearance in dreams or astral world?)

am i ready or not? should i go on or just live a normal life? why am I experiencing this? Is it coined with what I'm experiencing in real life? what preparations I should do or what i suppose to expect in the future? I always feel to do nothing...my feet ache...and very the same symptoms to that of one member here posted about the symptoms of divinity / maturity whatever I can't remember it...does brain fog or forgetfullness one of the symptoms? Last night when I'm typing my message in this thread I felt extreme headache...

I agree with this advice from Rebecca. This is happening of its own accord, so it is not like you are causing this to happen. At a certain stage in a person's life these things may happen. Read up on it and keep in touch with persons who are more advanced in astral projection. It is not unnatural but even though it is natural, you should still study up on it and get advice. Main thing now is not to freak out about it, Mostly keep a journal and be an observer to see how your astral system operates. |

the following day, last night i didn't experience anything...just a normal sleep...very very deep to the point i can't remember having a dream...I just experience sleep paralysis bet 2-5 pm and maybe 3-6 am...

Rebecca, I read something before about that chakra or vortex in other language....that it may left wacky or unfixed when we sleep...There was a time that i dreamt or maybe OBE...sleep paralysis. (I slept after exercising, stretching and did some practice of some yoga-like positions after reading a book of fountain of youth)...i opened my eyes and saw my room and then i discovered i'm having a dream and woke up but ending to dream again and then i woke up again but can't awake physically then i saw the door of my closet and the wall becoming like a fluid, like a warp and trying to pull me but i resisted it...then finally i woke up...really tired... |

Sleep paralysis when you are leaving a dream or an astral projection means that the astral body is not properly synchronized into the frequencies used by the physical body. Sleep paralysis when you are about to astral project or enter dream or sleep, means that that astral body has only partially disconnected from the physical form and is still only partially connected, such that the physical body is still in touch with the astral body but in an incomplete way, with your will power disconnected from the nerves of the physical system. Sleep paralysis is not a fearful experience in itself but it may cause the mind to adopt a fearful mood because of the mind’s unfamiliarity with it and the mind’s frustration as a result of it. |

MiBeloved’s Response: Let me restate this : then i woke up again on the psychic side only but I did not realize this and I instinctively tried to wake up on the physical side but I could not awake physically. Then I saw the door of my closet and the wall becoming like a fluid, like a warp, but I did not realize that I was looking through myg astral form and that what I was seeing was all astral, even though it mimicked physical objects in my physical room. It tried to pull my astral body but I resisted it...then finally i woke up on the physical side, but I felt really tired, and it may be that my psychic energy was exhausted and it also sapped energy in my physical body which I felt as tiredness. |

can you answer my question above about our appearance in astral world or in dream...why i exactly saw them(the creature in our house) in my "dream" like what my relatives described it after...before i don't believe about dream becoming real or seeing the future...and i don't feel scared about it i just being discouraged of my belief that i should go away (feeling guilty of commiting sin) from activities like this like paranormal, psychic, magic etc(religious thing like Bible)...but still interested since i'm experiencing this...is it unrippen psychic power? does everyone has it, psychic abilities? is it bad or good? for now i'm in the process of research to know the truth and don't rely on other's philosophies and belief...Rebecca, what is this exercises? I don't meditate or any psychic thing...i'm also afraid of negative feedback in my life like failure or unluck...mostly they are material but sometimes opportunites in life...how can fight back and protect myself...i just experience this negative thing when i do the things that are usually majority of people do (i believe people are sinners) but following the Law makes me protected even before when somebody casted a spell on me it doesn't have any effect and I feel very courageous...but before when i was in high school doing bad things one of my classmates casted a spell bec. she was so mad at me and then I was hospitalized...I must admit i commit sin and i don't know what i can possibly will do in the future. sometimes i'm worried about the karma...sorry for long post...i kept this long ago inside myself...i can't talk to anyone...no one understands me to the point that i had word fight to people...when i'm facing this situation my dream becomes very strong...for example i dreamt about having a fight and then when i woke up after a couple of hours that incident will happen...it happened so many times but in some occasion, i can't explain but just like what i've said someone is protecting me and i avoided the fight but it'd still happen but i projected this karma to somebody else

really? why is this so called astral world sapping energy? is it possible to see things in astral world after a few seconds upon awakening? I mean when having a nightmare about something I can't remember but i know this was really bad and then upon awakening i saw a black smoke gradually disappearing that covered my body... after several days i became ill...in my dream I saw 2 big bird-like creature staring at me and sitting in the ceiling of my room....sorry for my english...you keep on restating my sentence because it was badly structured and vague but still you can understand me and thanks for the reply...i'm not english speaking person...

is it also a symptom like when i'm awake i don't want to sleep and i keep myself busy but when i'm sleeping and wake up i go back to sleep again and don't want to get up and find my body pulled down to bed and paralyzed and go back to sleep and loose my conscious therefore lead to dreaming not ap

uhmmm...as i read i gained a lot...i know these things happen in purpose and erin hit the bull's eye...about the life maze...but i always think that negative happenings in my life is coined with many things like this and law of attraction...our mind is so powerful...why does my intuition mislead me? how can i achieve my goal? what are these guides? what can be discovered about ap...i don't experiment about it and don't think about it i just said to myself several weeks ago when i lost a thing i wish i could do what she does (i'm pertaining to a certain person who claims to ap while still talking to us / awake and can foretell your future, past and can find people or lost things)...and then when i found myself paralize for about seconds hey i want to get up..something in my head is telling me this but in my surprise my vision doubles it's like hallucinations of my body doubles but still stuck into one (like a rapid movement in movies where motion blurs can see in moving objects so fast)

it was a surprise after 2 consecutive nights i didn't experience it again and no dream at all...i wonder if someone is protecting me now(i pray a lot) or i set up my mind not to or maybe i get fuller control of my stress and subconscious hardships.
