 |  spirit guide connection
Hi i have been trying to connect with my sprit guides actively. I have had a couple of dreams where I have had encounters with 2 of them.I would however like to conciously( ie in the wake state) be able to communicate with them as well. I would like to learn how you cnnect with them consciously. Are there any specific methods that you use? is there any precaution you use. i surfed and there was one method where you ask the guides to touch you and give you a yes no to your questions but i feel it is similar to the ouja board and as Erin mentions somewhere in her blögs it might be dangerous. Please share with me your experiences and encounters...... eagerly waiting sups |
