 |  Help with Out of body experiences
Hey people! I want to know how to not have OBEs. I cannot keep them from happening no matter what and I don't know what to do. Everytime I go to bed it happens. I want my normal sleep routine back! How can I stop them from happening completely, without having to worry about them?

I think that you want to change your psyche so that all your astral projections (OBEs) are deleted from memory, either as they occur or upon your becoming conscious of this dimension. Astral projection cannot be stopped by anyone. So long as you have a material body, astral projection is a necessity. Your physical body cannot rest or heal and refresh properly without astral projection. So that means that you must be asking for a method of having no memory of the projection. I wanted to clarify that point. |
