 |  Contacting joy guide
I have been trying to contact my joy guide. I figure I'll get to know one really well, then when I feel I've got a hang of it i'll try to meet the others. I know I have to be clairsentient. I think I have a little of each, but I know i'm clairsentient. I suck up other peoples emotions like a sponge. It gets really bad sometimes too. I did feel something when I meditated. I felt really warm and dizzy like I was being spun around. I don't know what this means, but it felt very loving and joyful. I just don't know how to take it further. What are some things I can do to get better at it? Thank you for your help.

Clairsentience is definitely not my primary modality, but feeling emotions is communication. You may have to be content with checking in with your gut to get answers. Have you tried clairvoyance or clairaudience?

I actually listen to gut alot, but I just feel like I'm not doing it right. I don't know how to do the others. I looked at a link from here to see what I was and it seems like I have a little of all of them, but I don't know how to use them. I have deja vu all the time, but it seems like useless information. I dream of walking down the street and kicking a rock and then a week later it will happen and I'll remember the dream. I know I can do it, I just don't know how, and like I said before meditating is hard because I have 4 very loud kids at home. Lol!
