Default Not dreaming, but thinking

Last night I slept around 10pm. I heard my alarm at 3.30am and got up to record my dreams. For the first time there was no dream, but a train of thoughts only. Is there a name for this phenomenon [not a dream , but a thinking process]?

What type of thinking process?

Were you just going over your grocery list and things to do for that day in your head?

Was it more like decisive action, like a dream that you CAN control?(making it seem different than a dream?)

Maybe you already nailed it, and it wasn't a phenomena, but just a thinking process. I hope that you still jotted them into your dream journal for safe keeping, until you do figure it out.

Blessings,
Rebecca

Some deep breathing exercises may help you to unwind the mind so that you can get more restful dreamy sleep.

Blessings,
Rebecca
