Default Can I visit the Simpson in a lucid dream or visit Springfield?

It's been one year since I heard Lucid Dreaming. 1 year ago I thought it was all crap that the new age make to made us feel good.

Anyway, I'm kind of interested in it now made some research and so on. But I can't help to wonder, can you visit Springfield from the Simpson? Or maybe Tattoin, Kashyyk or Korriban (warning: I'm a Star Wars nerd). Become Darth Bane? or Ulic Qel-Droma?
Heck, why not visit Vice City and hijack a few car and let yourself being chased by the FBIs?
In podcast #10, erin mentioned to have solved mysteries with Scooby and the gang. But, how does Daphne, Scooby, Shaggy.. looks like? I mean, do they look like your 2d cartoon, or are they like those in real life movie?

So, can I experience these stuffs? I'm still confused because you can't somehow learn other language from your dream but you can actually fly. I mean, you've never fly without an airplane, or shoot laser from your eyeball in real life, right? So, how could your dream make those stuffs feel as if real (or even more real, like Steve said)
It just that, in the podcast, "The Sky the limit", that what I heard. So, why can't you learn languages (yes, I've read one of the post in Erin's blog but I'm still confused)

Come on guys. I want to show principal Skinner a lesson, visit Moe's bar to drink a glass of beer, wear Milhouse's glasses and become an apprentice to the Dark Side (or Light). Ride a dragon, or fighting one... etc.

Of course you can dream in cartoon. When I solved mysteries with Shaggy and Scooby they were 2D cartoons. You can go interact with Bart and Homer if you want.

I regularly dream I'm in episodes of Supernatural. I do this on purpose. It's fun to hang out with Dean and Sam Winchester and solve mysteries with them. Last night I dreamed I renegotiated my contract with them to appear in more "dream episodes." I know, I got it bad people.

I've gone on missions with the Enterprise crew. And I've been Storm from the X-Men more times than I can count!

get in on the adventure. Times a'wasting

Yep, of course. I like doing Matrix dreams where I jump around and do all these crazy moves while 10 different people are shooting at me. It's hilarious.

I think I need to put myself in a Smallville dream and recreate this season's finale into something better.

I would like to have a lucid dreaming adventure with Nikos Papazoglou in 1984. It's hard to decide whether I want to be my now-self, or my then-age-self, because both would be fun; so I'm going for a fluid experience. This will be a 3-D dream.

Not even the sky's the limit. Not fiction, not time. Lucid dreaming is one place where our infinite, expanded selves can let it all hang out.

Ok... interacting with 2D character. Now that's something I would absolutely love to see.
What could the world look like? How about the depth, the time passage, does mathematics work there... wow, it's like visiting a new world.

And due to some cultural differences, I really don't know what on earth you guys are talking about .

Default I have been lucid

I have been lucid but I haven't been able to do it again. I'm just wondering why not, I should be more prone to this being that I already did it.

It takes some practice. Check out World of Lucid Dreaming for great advice.

The "lucid dreaming world" does seem to have its own set of rules -- or at least, common themes. For example, many people report having trouble using lightswitches in dreams. They just don't seem to work right. Other people have tried to jump into a "bottomless pit" and just can't seem to imagine such a thing. Even when you're dreaming, it could be hard to convince yourself that something is possible.

I walked through a mirror once. That was a weird feeling. I ended up in a closet on the other side.

Since nobody else answered:

Lucid dreaming is taking place within your own mind, while you can fly, etc. you cannot learn another language because your subconscious mind doesn't know another language. Though I think it's possible for lucid dreams to have a psychic component or aspect, you'd have to tune into your superconscious mind to learn another language.
