After reading the lucid dreaming stuff, I planned that next time I had a certain recurring dream I should be able to recognize it is a dream and then make it lucid. So, after 3 or 4 weeks and I finally got the recurring dream, a particularly annoying kind of dream in which I am still in high school. However, I didn't notice it until the middle of the dream, I could finally tell me "Hey, I am not in high school anymore, this is a dream, damnit" The very first thing I did was just make it clear I was tired of the high school dream. Then I wandered around, tried visiting the world, something odd is that the roofs of all houses were much more colorful than usual. Saw a garden. When I tried to get myself to ask some girl out, I just couldn't even make the girl appear, ouch. Then the power faded away since I began asking me whether it was really a dream... Basically, I figured that when lucid dreaming you feel like in real life only that your body is lighter. Oh, and I think my eyes were open before I woke up... |

Congrats on your dream! One method I heard about to help make dreams lucid more often is this: Every time you walk through a door, touch it, and ask yourself "am i dreaming". Of course you aren't dreaming, but if you do this every time supposedly you will eventually touch a door in your dreams and you will ask yourself "am i dreaming?", and you WILL be dreaming which should instantly make it lucid. It's interesting though, because after a while your brain starts playing tricks on you when you ask yourself "am I dreaming?" in real life. Sometimes the room seems to get brighter or kind of smaller for a second as you realize you aren't dreaming. |

Try my book which shows how to gain control in lucid dreams. There are over 150 illustrative diagrams to show what should take place in the mind for mastery. There is little difference between a departed soul’s status after he leaves the body and that of his status before he left the body. Now that this person is departed you are deprived of the physical way of reaching him but the psychic method is still intact as before. That has not changed. What has changed is your orientation for communicating with the person. The shock of death is that we are no longer able to relate by the reliable physical means, but if we condition ourselves to the psychic side, we would be able to continue communications and relations with others who can only use the psychic side. Do phones ring in the psychic world? They do but only in dimension which directly adjacent to this world. In such dimensions a departed person creates an environment which suits his or her needs which are based on their last material circumstance (circumstance of their most recently life in a material body). Usually a person creates a house, just like the one he or she lived in just before passing from the body, and usually the person’s sickness which was endured at death of the last body, persists for a time in the astral world as well. I would recommend that you read up on these subjects. I wrote a book which discusses this top and gives practices related to it.* * Amazon.com: Meditation Pictorial: Michael Beloved: Books |
