Hey guys. I've been trying harder and harder these days to be more aware of my dreams, and it seems that more and more often I am becoming conscious in my dreams (near lucid). But a weird thing has been happening lately. Whenever I focus really hard on something or someone in a dream, everything starts shaking and I hear a loud noise. It feels like my entire body is being displaced from the dream. It's hard to explain. It usually happens when I look directly into someone's eyes and don't break the stare or if I'm lying down or sleeping in my dream. Sometimes it's random, but it usually happens when I focus directly on something and don't stop. Am I coming close to astrally projecting or is this standard sleep paralysis? I've never felt these kinds of feelings until recently and it's kind of bugging me out. I want to let it take full control, but I think I have this fear that's holding me back. I have tinnitus as well, so a lot of the time when the shaking starts I hear the ringing in my ears, only it sounds 10 times louder than usual. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Hey I just read an article about astral projection. They describe a method to induce it that sounds a lot like what you're experiencing, a feeling of vibration. Here's the link to that article: Prepare Yourself To Leave Your Body - Astral Projection Techniques | Astral Projection Travel The loud noise you hear may be you entering back into the body. I've heard that theory. Sounds like you could be very close to initiating astral travel. Let us know what happens. I haven't had any experience with sleep paralysis. Do you mean astral travel here? |

| I would suggest that you read up on two things, kundalini and naad sound. Naad sound is sometimes called the sound current and kundalini may be called the life force. I have written on both topics in my book called Meditation Pictorial* Apart from tinnitus, there is a yoga practice which is focusing on the sound which is heard in the head. This is a high pitched frequency sound which is usually heard near the right ear and which is used by some mystics and yogis to transfer into other dimensions. The shaking and vibration is the kundalini energy in the body. If you ever get the opportunity you may learn kundalini yoga which is designed to control that force in the body. It is the force which is stimulated when there is sexual release. *https://www.createspace.com/Customer....do?id=3380228 *Amazon.com: Meditation Pictorial: Michael Beloved: Books |
