i have educated myself on the topic of protecting myself with a protective white energy bubble etc...THANKS to the extensive knowlege from this forum.
but i have basic questions about creating the white light...how do i immagine the white light? is it gentle like the moonlight , or strong like fluorescent light or watery? How do you guys have this in mind?
and sometimes no matter how hard i try there are obstructions in my immagination the white light doesnt want to surround my body completely.... like there are holes there..does anyone have similar things? what do you do about it then?
I feel totally silly asking this question... but.......still made a step in writing this down

Funny you should mention, I just started this as well, and honestly it is doing wonders....
I too have a harder time visualizing, but I have noticed the more I do it, the easier it is. I think for each person it is different. But for me is visualize an intense white light, and then covering me in a white misty cloud. Funny how life works, yesterday I was driving home from work, and I saw a car w/a picture of Jesus and his head was beaming out white light. Then it dawned on me, many times when you see pictures of say Jesus, Angels, the Virgin Mary, they are deplicted w/light beaming off them.
....Once I am done w/the White Light, I imagine seeing myself casting off that light. You look at your shadow in a whole new light...
I would just recommend you find what's best for you. Last night I had a great visualization, seeing my self almost suspended and surrounded by intense light... First time I was actually able to that, and it has stayed with me all day....
In closing... I had an ah-hah moment yesterday... Once when I was reading the Bible, and read the passage whereas it states, be sure to put on the full armor of God to protect yourself. I often wondered how you would do that, and the White Light Protection shows me how to that...
And yes, this forum has really helped me too....

Hi sups -
The intensity of the white light (for me) varies. Sometimes it is the brightest, white I can imagine; sometimes a pearly soft white; a liquid light; or a blue/white light - and bubbling myself within it.
Are the variations indicative of my mood or energy level? I do not have that answer. (I never worried about it)

As far as the "texture of the light", soft and liquid is the way it was described to me, but I think that the important thing is how it makes you feel.
I know someone (very close to me) who actually raises the temperature in the room by 3-4 degrees every time she does this meditation.

When I beign to visualize..I first go to recorded memory.
I take my white light from the sun. I go back to memory of how that sun feels on my face...when I am relaxing outside on a sunny day. I also picture a haze around me..(much like when you have been swimming in chlorine and your eyes have that little hazey white film that seems to filter everything when it is bright outside.)
If I have trouble surrounding myself..or bringing the light from deep within myself..I will picture the sun real close to me...(like a few feet over my head) first from third person point of view until I am sure it is there...then back into myself and I breathe in (picturing the suns rays going into my nose..like I am whiffing flame or something) and I exhale picturing black smoke..and knowing that black smoke leaving me is negative energy going back to source (or God) for him to do with, whatever he pleases. After a few inhale of sun's flame and exhale of black cloud of smoke... I seem to be able to get that fully pure white light back. And so then, I continue business as usual.
I also find that if the light in my bubble does not seem to get as bright as I want it to, I use some grounding visualisation, and that seems to help out a bit.
Some people also picture it from third person...throughout..and see themselves as a drawing, and the white light pouring thru the drawing of themselves..from head to toe and then a few feet below themselves..until they are sure they are absorbed in the white light...then breathe and exhale, picturing that light coming from you with each exhale and filling the bubble..and continue til it is bright enough to please your comfort zone.
You can play with this, until you find something that works for you. There are no real rules to visualisation. Everyone is different. I hope one of these suggestions either helps you to get that light or at least come up with alternative approach for yourself...til you find what works best for you.
