Someone trying to contact me?

Hello all,

First post here. I've been visited several times by whom/what I believe to be the same entity. I grew up in Hawaii, and my first encounter was there.

I'm slightly claustrophobic, and have trouble sleeping with someone else in the same bed. I immediately notice if something else is in bed with me. As I lay in bed, I felt a presence sitting next to me. I sat up and felt the presence of a younger girl sitting on my bed. I was still quite groggy so I brushed it off as something I was imagining; so I went to turn on the light. There it sat, the figure/shape of a girl sitting on my bed. I immediately ran outside of my room.

My second experience was a few years later. I had moved to California. As I lay in bed, I felt someone holding my hand. Without seeing or hearing, I knew it was a female presence. After a few seconds, I built up the courage to squeeze it, as I felt I could have just been imagining things. I felt her hand in mine, and she squeezed back. It's hard to explain what happened next. At no point in time did I open my eyes, but it was as if I could see her clearly and I knew exactly what she was doing. She proceeded to crawl on top of me. At that point I tried to scream for my roommate, but as I opened my mouth, she put hers over mine and began to inhale. It was as if she were sucking the air out of me. Nothing came out of my mouth. I couldn't speak, scream, nothing. The feeling slowly went away, and even as I opened my eyes I still felt completely out of breath and had trouble speaking.

In both of these experiences, I felt the same presence. I'm pretty sure it is the same girl/woman. I am wondering if this is someone trying to contact me? The fact that she was trying to take my breath leads me to believe that she is evil and/or trying to harm me. In any case, she must really like me to have traveled over the pacific ocean to find me!

Cmon, youre smarter than that. When you tried to talk / scream it prevented you to, and it sucked the energy out of you at the same time.

Theese things are demons that mascarade as various things in order to make you let your guard down.

First it was a girl, then a woman.

In the video there is an example of one masquerading as a little girl also, I`ll et you discover what happened next and how the person discovered that it was masquerading and not an actual little girl.

Sleep paralysis is more common than you think... I have several friends who talk about seeing people in their bedroom, while being unable to move. And that seemed to be a chance conversation... maybe it happens to LOTS of people!

Anyway it's a hallucination. The presence you feel has been described throughout the ages as incubus, succubus, witches, hags, devils, etc, etc. Check out the famous painting by Henri Fuseli, The Nightmare (Google it)

Here's how to deal with it next time it happens. If you want, you can even induce it deliberately (without the presence) in order to induce a lucid dream: Sleep Paralysis and Lucid Dreams

I looked up night hag, and wow. Amazingly similar in description to what I experienced. It's amazing that so many people experienced the same thing as me. I don't think it's a hallucination, because it was so vivid. Thank you all for your responses.
