Talking to Demons

I have been on this spiritual journey for a couple years now and I stumbled upon this website after googling a phenomenon which I later found out was an OBE. After reading a lot in the spirtual mastery and paranormal sections of the forum I have slowly been opening to the idea of the possibility of other realms and beings of light/darkness, whatever you want to call them. I don't want to really get into my whole story unless it will help someone with an answer; I would rather talk about an experience I had about a week and a half ago which kind of shocked me.

I was at the bar with some of my friends and I was outside having a cigarette just chatting away. All of a sudden there was a comment made from an older woman sitting by herself at the table next to us about our conversation. We ended up talking for quite a while, the whole group, and for some reason I just felt a really good connection with her and the conversation was flowing very fluidly. We were chain smoking and binge drinking and the conversation turned to more of a spiritual conversation once someone brought up the zodiac signs. She seemed rather hesitant to talk about it but I was for the first time incredibly intruiged by her opinion and response so I nudged her to go on. Later I would find out that in mixed company of my closed minded friends, she was a little shy- well at least that's what I felt and I could be wrong.

She ended up telling us after a while, with some hesitancy, that she is a channeler, or something like that I forget what term it was. A medium maybe. Idk. But anyways, she said ever since she was a child she saw people that weren't supposed to be there and heard voices that nobody else heard and stuff. It intruiged me all the more and she later said that they tell her things about people.

I asked her if she would do a reading and she looked at me and was very hesitant. She changed the subject and after a little more nudging she said ok, she's going to start with my friend. She said that there were 3 people right behind him and said a bunch of stuff that I have told my friend already before, about his anger and some other stuff but he thought it was just a bunch of bs and that she was some crazy lady. So my friends left and I decided to stay to see if she would read me. I went to the restroom and when I came back she said that she had to go but I told her that I would really appreciate if she would do a read on me, as I have never had one before.

She finally accepted and started doing her thing. She brought up a bunch of things that were telling me exactly what I knew I needed to do regarding certain areas of my life. It was nice to hear that stuff, especially from someone else, however, it wasn't the thing that got to me.

I don't remember how it happened exactly but after telling me that she has two spirit guides or something, and that I have one, which is a feminine or female guide, I forget what she said- her eyes bulged and she seemed to get scared. She looked at me and said something along the likes of, 'you have a demon around you.' She got shocked and scared again and said 'oh my god, and you talk to him.' She paused another moment and said 'And you asked him his name.' She then got a little more freaked and said, 'don't ever ask him his name again. I heard his name, and I'm not going to tell you. Don't ever talk to him again.' She looked at me and then I felt her heart go out to me, she told me 'that demons are like moths, and that I am a beacon.' I understood what she meant as I have felt I have been for my entire life, but only recently able to understand what that means. 'She then told me that he has his hooks in me deeply.' I didn't really feel scared, it was weird because I felt a sense of both comfort and discomfort at the same time.

I ended up doing a reading on her, after she nudged me to do so, which I was hesitant to do since I have never done one before, but she told me that I was dead on which was kind of cool. But anyways, at the end of the night she told me that she would pray for me always and it was the sweetest thing I have heard in a long time. I got her number and she said to call her anytime and I honestly think that she meant it.

But to my question. I believe that she said I have tried to talk to him before but I don't remember how, or when, I did. Is it like some normal conversation? Is it mental, is it what? I think I've seen him before too one time when I was meditating and my leg started to tingle, it was hovering over me and it was pretty scary- maybe I talked to it then, Idk. I thought it was just my past away friend though but it looked pretty dark now that I think about it.

So any thoughts or help I would appreciate. I don't want to communicate to things when I don't even know that I'm communicating with them.

The negative energy is most likely there to serve as a indicator for you about your dark side in some degree.

The binge drinking and negative company would suggest some negative hangups about past relationships or family ties growing up. Quite possibly you may have to go back through and find that to truly release this "negative" energy you have created around you.

Jacknick have you ever played with an Ouija? I get a strong sense that this is how you talked to this demon she was referring to.

Yeah liveform, thanks for the insight and that is definitely something I have been working on. My family life is very superficially loving and it is something that I have only recently begun to notice and it has been quite difficult to face that for me and embrace it for what it was.

And to Codenamesmiley, no I haven't used one before. They creep me out quite a bit...
