Telepathy with an ex-girlfriend

i have this trouble . i met a girl some 12 years an fell in love with her but i had to go to live to another country and only got to see her in holidays in which both flirted. i have been having depresion and neurosis problems for a long time ,
sometimes to the point of suicide sometimes a little better.


i forgot about her when i learned she had married an ex school mate which i incidentally hated because of his smugness.i sort of began to hate both now.

a year ago i in hopeless desperation went to see a soothsayer who read me the tarot and tells me my problems are related to this girl. i dont really gulp this at the moment . but looking back to those years i see that it might be true .

i cant really understand how loving this girl could cause me a mental imbalance , though of course i know people in frustrated love feel bad , i myself other times have felt sad but not this sad.

i am now trying to contact "telepatically" with this girl , sending her heart images and "i love yous" as an act of foolish desperation . What can happen ?

is this girl bad for me or what i need ?

I think the best thing you can do is to stay in the present moment with your mind. Read Eckart Tolle's books "the Power of Now" and a "New Earth". You can overcome your depression and other issues by following his steps. It also couldn't hurt to see a counselor. Sometimes we use a fixation on other people to avoid our own issues. So in a way, I agree with the soothsayer, that this girl may be reason for your problems, but not in the way that you might think.

You need to understand that no one can fix us or make our lives better or save us. That has to come from inside of ourselves.

yes i have been reading all that stuff about the soul-mates ,the twin souls and how telepathy is easier between two conected spirits. also Brain weiss hypnotic reincarnation therapy. but i dont really believe much of this.

now i live where she lives and sometimes we cross lookings , lookings that seem to tell me "i know..." , but maybe it is my paranoia .

in case she was receiving my telepahy wouldnt it make her feel like she is going crazy or something? she must be confused indeed ...

i have been applying hindu yogi methods of telepathy guaranteed to work (though i dont believe much on this sincerely) even a magic chant to connect with lovers from the vedas.

i have not received a true telepathic message from her , only what i believe to be my own ruminations on what she might tell me now (mostly imaginations i think , once i thought i heard her cry over this situation..)

truth is i cant accept she has married that S.of B. and my head spins remembering how happy she was with me although i didnt marry her precisely because of my continuous depresssions and being abroad.

the question is : am i going mad with this or has this led me to madness since i met her ?

but if she is somehow guilty of causing me the depression and marrying that SoB how can i forgive.?

another people that know both are telling me to forget her and others point out what hapenned to us when we were such a nice couple.? i myself am puzzled ..

yes in a sense you are absolutly right . but what if that legend of the soul mate was true . and the separation from her was the cause of my depression
(though i might deny it then) .
she is not happy either but doesnt know she has married the one i hated most . this has a sense dont you think? it is like it was all plotted or something.

moreover what has hapenned recently is : i swear myself to never think about her and go out to have a drink , and so there she comes looking at me in some peculiar way . it is like a haunting .

and i have suspicions in another line about her , she was given to esoterism too , liked much witchcraft and all that nonsense.which worries me more still..

i am not a relationship expert or anything but it sounds like you need to find a way to move on with this.

either you go after her in real life (which will have its consequences) nd try to make it work or you let it go.

yes it is heartbreak at its extremest but what i want to point out is that this person has make something to me . like the tarot reader told me . i didnt notice then but it was when i met her that i became depressed and it is also significant that she married someone i despised most and even now sending me inviting smiles is hurting me..

i dont really want to believe this but it is like it all had a sense .
