Tell me what you think or impression is?

(Before I start, I am trusting that I can put this on this site w/o be ridiculed, so please know, I am not making tihs up, this is really happening)....

The following has been going on for years, and it has to do w/my home, or it may have to do w/me, not sure.

I will list w/the most stangest things, then to most common occurrences.

*The BIGGEST thing that has ever happen in this house, or for me for that matter, happened in my son's room. Plz, this really happened, and I got pic's to prove it happen, which I will post (when I figure out how to upload pics)... This only happened for a period of a few months, and has not happened again in I would say atleast two years...

It started one night my son's TV was on, and I made a comment I hope the win (it was a game w/Pit' and some other team), I can't remember what came across the TV word for word, but basically 1/2 the tv went black, and white letters, just as you would see say on a computer, something to the effect, just wait and see. Well I looked at my son, and I was like what the fetch was that... This continued to happen a couple times, say a few months apart, no apparent consistancy. Another example, I walked in my son's room, and said to him, "I wonder when daddy's coming home", no lie, screen goes 1/2 black, "time for him to gt watch"... Now you can change the channel, turn the tv off turn it on, it would still be there. I really started to think someone was hacking into my Direct TV or something, cause I was like no freaking way... The BIGGEST one of all, that honestly made my heart sink to my feet, I walked in my son's room, he wasn't in there, but the TV was on. I stepped on one of toys, and something that I never say... GD Damit! I swear, I look at the tv, goes 1/2 black, (ahhh I still get the hair standing on the back of my neck when I write this), Dont swear at me.... At 1st stood there frozen... ran got the camera, and yes this is one of the ones that I go the pic of.. I tried to research this, but apparently there is no way anyone can hack into your TV. I was made fun of, cuz I went on the web trying to find a "logical" answer, well you can only imagine how that went over. This has not happened for a long time now.... The only residual that we get now is the TV will turn off and on by itself... I mean not just once, but several times say w/in a hour or so, then stop doing it all together, like for months...

**My son and I, again in his room, sitting on his bed, watching TV, and the remote honestly just slides across the bed, and lands of the floor***

**Laundry Room, in there, and I hear tick-tick-tick-tick, and I am think what the heck is that, I look around, and I see a Rosary that I have hanging, not swaying, but actually moving back and forth, stong enough that it is making that noise when it hits the metal shevels... then the coat hangers start sway side to side, in the opposite motion of the Rosary... I honestly stood there just looking at, looking around, looking for again, a logical explaination, no wind, no fan on, no windows open, nothing, and besides, I don't see how it could make the Rosary move in that direction... Didn't scare me, not at all, did not feel evil, did not feel anything bad, but just a odd sense about me (but I guess that is to be expected...)

**Knocking on the Front Door is quite common in this house, loud enough whereas you will get up to go see who is at the door, no one. Oh yea, another thing w/the front door. You will hear the door open and close, just as if someone has come home. Plain enough where I will usually say, hun is that you, no answer.....

**Hearing someone call you, plain as day, and nope... This happens to me and my son especially, but recently even w/my big skeptic hubby.... Sometimes you will hear your name, sometimes you just hear hey, always from like another room. A few times, it has happened at night, when hubby and son are sleeping, I literally walk to the room and say, what you want.. I have actually waked them up a time or two thinking they are messing w/me, they were sleepng... Happens pretty frequently...

**Stuff just being plane ole moved, I know some of it just could be forgetting where you put things, but it actually happened to my husband not too long ago, and he is very consitent about where he puts stuff, and he was like something is going on in that house. (trust me for him to say that is deeeeeppppp)...

My son seems to think it is my father, whom died when I was only a year old, and yes I know he was w/me in the past, but in the past, when he come around, I could smell his pipe, I knew it was him.... I don't know who it is, and one day, I said, who ever you are leave me a sign.... Okay, nother really weird thing. The next day, I come home from work, get ready to do some clothes, open the Washer, and laying in there, is a Cross that is made out palm leaves (this was made by husband's mom), this Palm Cross has to be atleast four or more years old, and it did not go thru the wash or it would of be wasted, just laying there at the bottom of the washer (prior to putting in clothes in)... Was it a sign, I tend to think so. I need to add that me and her were really close. I was actually w/her when she past. I softly sang to herAmazing Grace, then I whispered to her it was okay to go, that I would take care her son, we would be okay. She looked at me, smiled, and past... Just like that. I honestly think that all has something to do with this....

PLEASE PPL do not put me down for this, please do not call me a liar, I have no reason to make this up, this stuff is really happening, and much more, just too much to write... I would just like some honest opinion regarding this, thanks....

I would also like to add, nothing about what is happening is frightening at all, there is no fear. I have only had one bad experience in this home, and that was many many many years ago.... Ya know those black shadows ppl have mentioned, I have seen them, I know them to be real, and yes they are scarey, they put fear in ya.... That night I blessed the house, like 3 AM when this happend, went to every room, every doorway, did the sign of the Cross w/olive oil (all I had) above each door, and did have some Holy Water, to which I sprinkled through out the home, recited the Lords Prayer, and some other prayers. Never happened again. I have no idea what the heck that was, nor do I ever want that back... The other stuff going on is different, and for some reason, brings NO FEAR at all....

Also if someone can tell me how to post pics, or if your able to post pics, I will then post those pics I took of the TV.

Again, no one make fun of this, this is real. I hate that when we experience stuff like this we are so fearful to share, bcz what others may think...

I do not think you are making this up. You did not mention how old the house is, how long you have lived there - or if your child is a teen.

A few options of what may be going on pop in my head:

If he is younger than a teen - he may well 'see' who is doing this from the other side. He may not have said anything more on the subject so that you wouldn't freak out.

You son (teenaged years?) may be creating (unconsciously) some of the happenings. I had a daughter who (as a teen) levitated things when she got angry - but I always managed to keep this knowledge from her.

When I would get frazzled - tv's, computers, etc (anything electrical) would go absolutely wacky. Both these two examples are uncontrolled metaphysical abilities. It can often happen when a teen is entering or has entered the hormonal stage.

Second thought: Your son may be right about who is trying to get your attention. Sometimes those loved ones who cross over try to get your attention to let you know that they are visiting. You say you never feel fear or evil - could it be a loved one popping in to say "I am here!" :-)

And ignore any who criticize your experiences - unfortunately narrow-mindedness is not a crime.

Thank you sooo much Jan.... Ya know you just want to share what u'r experiencing. My son is just 10, and this has been going for years.... We have a really great open communication. I know when I was younger, I was much more say "aware" than I am now, and I get that feeling from him. He thinks it's my dad, or could be grandma....

And yes, when he was a little tike.... wow, did he have the imaginary friends, but it was really pretty deep, deep enough where you would question...

My house is not that old, well at least not for most standards, built in 1966, and there was only one family before us that lived in this house. Seems to be more about "us" than the house, but at the same time, I just don't know. Tried to research further on the property, but nothing yet...

Thanks again, it just felt good to let it out. I honestly have no problems w/it at all, kind of comforting really, may sound strange, but that how it feels, kind of like that old familar friend feeling...

Again, thanks so appreciated. I would just really love to know who it is, or if there is more than just one..... But I honestly know they bring us no harm, and that's what is important.... Gosh it feels good to be able to talk about it a little, not something you bring up a lunch... LOL Sometimes ya do feel like, wow either this real, or ya know... :-)

I would just really love know what this was.... Because this is truly different, and the strangest thing is that when it would do this, was basically ALWAYS in a response into what just said.... IE don't stubbed my foot, said GD Damn, and this comes up on the TV..... Thats deep in my book....

I am glad you feel better being able to share - I truly know how that feels!

I have to let you know that I laughed when I saw your photo - the first thing that came into mind is that is definately a parent figure! I have more the sense of female, (mother or grandmother?) I suggest you "feel" out the tone that are being sent to you - via tv - and you may know who it is.

One other thing to think about (I didn't want to freak you out) is that you and/or your son may be beacons. In class I explain this as a light on in the night (your and/or your sons 'light') shines brightly and attracts moths (energies from the 'other side').

I have no sense of malice or harmful intent. But definately feel a parent figure!

JanT you have no idea how much you have help me, and thank you... Sometime just little words can go a long way...

When I was young, yes I know that I had a gift, there was no two ways about it. My mom was encouraging of that gift, but unfortanetly I had a few really scarey things happen, let's say, and then after that, I felt using that gift was in contrast to my Christian beliefs. So for say almost 20 years, I have surpressed those feelings, which at first was really really hard. Now w/all the things happening in this house, it really like someone knocking my on the head, saying HELLO, I know you can feel me, I know you can sense me.... I know it may sound really strange, but that is what it feels like. I do feel like it's my mother-in-law, which I would of never a million years think she would try to make contact. Not that we were not close, cuz we were very close....

I still feel my dad around, but not as strong as when I was young. It really does help talking about it so again, thank you sooooo much, my husband is HUGE skeptic, though he would never put me down or anything, he just don't get it...

Yes, I also believe something was past down to my son, but he is not in an enviroment like I was to tune into that gift, if that makes sense... I just need to decide to either come to terms with it, and know that it is not a curse, but a blessing...

I love to here you take on the aspects of Christianity, and paranormal, for I do still wrestle w/that.... Do you have a web-site or anywhere that you could point me for more info??? (edit) - Just saw it on your signature, will surely check it out.... :-)

And thanks again.... Although I cant express in words what your post did for me, but kind of like a acknowledgement or a reassurance... so thanks again!

As for the Christian aspect (and I do not wish to get into any lengthy and/or heated religious debates) - I too went through this when I was younger. I did not have the parental support growing up (mother said I was possessed, father said,"We don't talk about that" or "Don't tell anyone else".) I began to see myself as an abnormal freak of nature.

So, I went about trying to find answers myself. I did discover that you can back up any argument with a Bible passage ("suffer the witches" and the opposition of the "Gifts of Prophecy and Tongues - 1 Corinthians 14) whether pro or con.

I work hard in my classes to honor everyone's religious belief system and use the terms "Powers-That-Be" or the "Source". I think everyone has a right to their religious beliefs.

I also realized that we were created by God (or Powers That Be or the Source). So, if I believed I was a 'freak of nature' as I was led to believe growing up - does that mean that God made a mistake? I don't think so. I was made as I was made.

One minister once said something along the lines of 'Since I believe in Angels and God, whom I cannot see, then it's no stretch to believe in spirits and others things I also cannot see.'

Oh, and as a side note - the children today are coming in more open than we could imagine - and a lot are not shutting it off as we did growing up. They just learned to not talk about it so much, especially around adults.
