 |  Unpleasant false awakenings (due to lucid dreaming?)
Maybe someone can help me in case it happens again: Since i got interested in lucid dreaming i noticed two ocurrences of false awakening dreams. They were really unpleasant. I knew they were false awakening dreams. Still i couldn't wake up or stop them. I stood up to turn on the light only to realize it didn't work. Maybe a dozen time in a row until the light finally works and i can awake. I feel like trapped in recursive layers of false awakenings. My questions: 1. What can i do against these nightmares? I am fully aware that they are FAs while having them, still it's impossible to turn them lucid or wake up. 2. Are my lucid dreaming experiments to blame for having these FA dreams? |
