Hi there everyone, I just joined this forum because something weird is going on in my house. I just recently purchased the home... It was built in 2005. I was here for probably 2 months when I was showering and something poked my shoulder. It felt like someone took two fingers and poked me on my back upper shoulder. I even turned around hesitantly - knowing full well I was alone in the shower. Nothing was there. I mentioned something at that time to my fiance' because it was such a weird experience.

Well, last night it happened to him while he was laying in bed. His shoulder was poked in the exact same place mine was. He even demonstrated it on me... the pressure was even the same. A slow poke - not a jab or anything that caused pain.

Well, now I'm freaked out. I have experienced paranormal things before, but not in a house I actually own and am stuck with - LOL... So what could this mean? What, if anything, can I do?

If you keep your vibration high (by being positive and definitely trying to get over your fears) whatever non-physical beings might live in your house, they will be totally powerless over you because you will be on another vibration level.

Also you can shield yourself from bad energies by imagining that you or even your whole house is in a bubble with white light filled inside it. That will not let any low energy beings enter your premises.

Hi justme74 -

I agree with SimonaRich in that shielding (bubbling) may help. However, if it is a former owner, you may be seen as the intruder.

We my husband and I bought a house, I worked daily to update it (it was very 1960's on the interior). Each day, with each change I made, I was poked (never harshly - just a little jab), and I could "hear" the former owner complaining.

Finally one day, I shielded myself (the bubble) and began talking to the former occupant, explaining that they were now deceased and needed cross over into the Light and let me do what I needed to the house. I wasn't angry or hostile, I just explained the way things were.

I felt the individual for a couple more days. I gently reminded the being to go meet a loved one in the Light. The being left - and I was able to finish renovations without any more protests.

Sometimes they just don't realize they are not 'of this world' anymore.

Don't panic, dear.

These things are really much more common than you might realise. You just have to understand that 99.9999% of the time, they are harmless. They are real, but they are harmless.

The most harm that happens is the suffering you inflict on yourself, by feeling afraid.

Heheh, if you do it wrong, you'll attract a bigger bunch of entities all traipsing through the portals you accidentally opened; either that, or they'll just come for a free, happy munch-munch on the energies you filled your house with.
