Hey! There are a lot of you smart people out there, so maybe you can help me understand my dream(s). These dreams are all true and I didn't make any of them up...I promise I didn't! I just really wanna know what they mean, or why they keep happening. Dream 1) I own a Subaru WRX, which I've honestly invested a ton of time and effort into keeping clean and running VERY well (since I race it). About twice a month I get this almost nightmare-ish dream where the car gets stolen, or I crash it. I know it seems weird to have a dream about a car, let alone to have it be scary, but is this dream happening because I put so much time and effort into it? Dream 2) Every once in awhile I have the same dream, and it happens with the same people in the same place. It happens in my house and it involves a witch and her goblin assistant in the basement trying to capture me and a talking cow. I'm not making this up either. I always wake up right when the witch and goblin are charging up the stairs to get us. Dream 3) This dream has only happened once, but it was very real. I get goose bumps thinking about it too. I had a dream where Jesus took me back into past when he was crucified. I could hear, touch, see, and taste everything, but no one knew I was there...I was invisible to them. I woke up after he got brought down off the cross, and I honestly could feel someone was in the room watching me. It wasn't an (ohhh man just got the goose bumps really bad) evil person I don't think. It felt more of a "Hey, I'm here to do no harm" type feeling. This dream doesn't make sense to me. I don't know what it means, or how to interpret it. Dream 4) A year ago today I buried my best friend, who died from an over dose. A few months back I had a dream with him in it. He just showed up out of nowhere in the dream and it was so real that I woke up with tears rolling down my face. Does him coming to me in my dream mean anything? |

Dream interpretation is a very subjective and personal experience. If i try to interpret it will be skewed towards my perspective. You are also not providing much specific information on the emotions you felt and even the dreams themselves, and there aren't many specifics. That being said, i can try to offer some pointers. But understand that, for the most part, only you can really understand your own dreams. Quote:

Hi! As someone who often has strange & scary dreams myself, I can understand why you're so freaked out. A while ago I found a website called dreammoods which has a dream dictionary. There's a couple of different interpretations of each symbol, and I usually find that one of them strikes a chord with me and they all mix together to explain a situation I'm in. As far as the 2nd two dreams you mentioned, they remind me of some posts I've read in Erin's blog about experiences like this when she was young. Perhaps you are developing some psychic abilities. I'm not sure of the exact posts, but reading through her blog might give you some insight into wether this could be the case. In my experience, recurring dreams and nightmares generally signify upcoming changes that are about to occur or need to occur in your life. A few years ago, I had recurring nightmares in series (like on tv) that someone was stalking me and killing all my friends. In the last one, the unknown, shadowy stalker caught up with me and held a gun to my head, then everything went black - no dreams for weeks. I was so disturbed I thought about all the things I never would have done if it was real, and a few weeks later I quit my job and moved cities, effectively ending my old, unhappy life. My dreams went back to normal dream stuff, and I was much happier. Maybe you should consider if your dreams could relate to something in your life like this. BTW, dreaming about cars isn't that unusual - I dream about them all the time! If I had a WRX, I'd probably dream about it all the time too! |
