Meeting one of my guides in a dream unexpectantly

I remember being in the bathroom with the light on in front of the mirror while it was night time out and seeing behind me in the mirror a kid that was 15 or so coming up behind me in the mirror and when I turned around to look he was gone. Then when I was moving my head back and forth it was as if faces were appearing as an after image of my face except they looked like people that weren't me. I then called on my guardian angels or astral police to remove this ghost from my presence like I usually do and then I heard a voice in my head that explained that this was a dream and that this entity was here to help me and it wasn't bearing any malice to me, it was there to help me instead of try to hurt me. I then was able to squat down and talk to this spirit face to face and he explained how he was here to help me and was really nice when I actually talked to him.

He had brown eyes and dark brown hair that hung over his head in a clump almost (thick hair), he felt to me like a worker, like he was working with me and had his tools with him along with his red tool box. He was really friendly too. The bathroom seemed quite a bit bigger than it usually does and it had less furniture in there (no table near mirror and no toilet it seems). The thing is, I could tell he wasn't a dream character because they either do not talk to me (are in the background) and I never begin talking to a dream character like an old friend that I haven't seen in a long while.

I could also tell this wasn't an ordinary dream because I have never been told I was in a dream by some voice in my head! This just shows you why a guide never enters your dreams without your permission, if they did, they'd end up scaring you in your dream and you would probably think that some negative spirit was in your dream like I did!
