 |  What is this ball of energy in my hands?
A few years ago I took some Tai Chi classes and at some point in the class we would sit in a big circle with our legs crossed, eyes closed, breathe deeply and do something rather strange. Starting with our hands close together (but not touching) we would rub them in small circles and feel the energy between them in the air. Then your hands pull out until you are holding a big invisible ball of energy. The weird thing is, you can really feel it, as if there is something powerful there. Our instructor then had us move the energy into our bodies to revitalize the major organs. I'm sure many of you have done this before so I would just like to know what exactly is this phenomenon? how does it work? Do scientists accept this as a form of energy with potential to control and heal, or is it written off (as bodily heat or something?) I am a skeptic when it comes to things I can't prove or explain to others but would love to know more about this. Thanks  |

Sounds like a PSI-ball to me (could be wrong), although there are different methods of "conjuring" them than you described them. Each person is different in such things. Maybe you'd like to check out this site: PsiPog.net : Science is Evolving |
