Hi lovely people, I would like to share what happened to me last night and was hoping you would have some advice for me.

I had a real spiritual freak out, I woke up cause this negative spiritual entity was in my bedroom amd it felt like it was basically trying to get into my body. I started screaming (mentally) for my guardian angel, to get rid of it, and screamed at the spirit to fxxx off. I felt this crushing weight on my chest. I shouted some more (all mentally) at the entity and for my guardian angel to help. Eventually after more shouting and bad energy vibes from the thing the pressure eased off and it felt like i was wrapped in a spiritual blanket, warm and comfortable golden energy.
I have never experienced anything like this before. It seems like my guardian angel and me were able to deal with this thing and I swear it felt almost offended when it finally disappeared. So yeah I was wondering if you have any advice on if I should do anything, or if I should just be happy that we got rid of it or if you have any other adivce?

I don't remember if this is the correct term, but it is what it means 'sleep paralysis'.

I have had this numerous times in my life - and also thought it was an entity attack -
but have since learned that it could be sleep paralysis.

One theory is that our bodies become paralyzed while we sleep so that we do not harm ourselves while dreaming.

Another is that this is a symptom of having an OBE and waking up prematurely and not being fully re-integrated into your body - so it freezes up until one has a chance to get everything back in place.

I accepted the second one (OBE) and once I did, told my self to not wake up until I was all put back together again (grin) - and from then on I no longer had that happen to me again.

Thanks so much Jan, I looked it up and it sounds pretty much like what happenend to me that night. Done a lot of breathing since and slept well every night since!!
