 How to improve my lucid dreaming skills
Hi, I will tell you a couple of facts about what I used to attain lucidity until I gave up, trying again. Id like to ask you if you could help me improve lucidity techniques. I tried Infinity and Paradiso programs. I used MILD before sleep, and then MILD+WILD in the middle of the night. I did 21 RCs per day. I dont fall asleep fast enough to be able to be able to WILD. I achieved lucidity every week, but the dreams were so sh??tty that they just werent worth it. I tried techniques like spinning and rubbing hands but they didnt work a bit.
