When some people hear voices do some people consider it psychic phenomenon?

Some people recon they can read somebody's mind sometimes and sometimes maybe they can. Some people think that someone is crazy when they hear things with their mind. Maybe some people take it as if everybody knows exactly what they are talking about when they think they can read someone else's mind and don't tell the person who's mind they think they can read, I'm not sure why that is. Have you had experience in that area yourself?

I heard my step son yelling one night... it was so loud I bolted out of my sleep and sat upright in my bed..... This happened not that long ago.... I think sometimes you can hear people in your conscience...
