Have fun! Heed your gut instinct - if they suggest that you need to pay them more for any kind of "in-depth reading", and it doesn't feel right at all, or you weren't told about that possibility up-front -- run!!

I did mention an energy build-up I could kind of control and she suggested it could be chakra and that she could do a chakra reading. Besides that, she seemed sincere in what she was doing and also asked to keep the reading private. Is it normal for people to have readings on some sort of regular basis such as every few months or something? |

3-6 months is normal if you got good value. More often if you're really stuck with something, and less frequent is fine too.
