Spirit(s) touching me?

I'm very open minded and have had paranormal experiences in the past.

Recently I'm aware of something touching me. I am only aware of this happening in the dark and at night. When this has happened it happens after I've been lying in bed watching TV after I've turned everything off including light, then go to use the toilet.

This has happened atleast 4 or 5 times that I can remember. When it first happened I thought a spider or something had fallen onto my back (this wasn't the case). After this happening so many times I'm sure it's something else.

Usually I'll get touched a few times. When I first walk out my bedroom door it'll touch my back between the shoulder blades, then when I am on the toilet I'll feel parts of my hair being brushed.

I'm nearly 100% sure it's a spirit(s) but what is it trying to communicate? Why do they do it? And how can I find out what it wants?

Any advice would be appreciated.

That's pretty weird, when I first read this I was thinking spirit r4pe...lol.
Anyway, it sounds like if you've been lying down sometimes you might get tingle that might feel like a person, I get that sometimes. But I don't know about brushing you hair..And when I read that I got a really weird image in my head, of a ghost walking around someone's house and and adoring the person like they would with some sort of a doll.

Well, you have your heart centre close to where your shoulder blades are, and energy is supposed to move through the back and exit out at the front. You also have the crown chakra at the top of your head, and energy moving through there can sometimes cause a tingling sensation (like your hair is being moved).

I'm not sure about your hair being touched, but I often get a feeling of 'pushing' inbetween my shoulder blades when my spirit guides want to talk to me.

Have you tried to communicate with this entity i.e. asked it what it wants? Does it feel friendly enough that you would want to initiate communication?!

Yeah it doesn't feel bad. I don't feel like it's a bad entity.

How do I try to communicate with it and how would it communicate back?

I once communicated with my spirit guide when doing OBE, maybe I should do that and see what happens?

If it feels friendly to you, I'd maybe try sitting quietly and saying hello and asking it who it is and what it wants. Then wait to see what response you "hear" back in your head. This is how I communicate with my guides - sometimes I write my question down, other times I say it (either out loud if I'm alone, or in my head (like I'm thinking a thought) if there are other people around). Then I hear a response in my head (ie, I'm not hearing external voices!), which I write down if I'm journalling, or just listen to.

If you've managed to contact your guide via an OBE and that works for you, then you can try that again. There is no one right way to communicate - like with physical people, we interact differently depending on our and their preferences, so it's the same with the spiritual world.

When I first started working with angels I noticed a sensation of being touched on my upper back.

There was a spirit in my last house, it used to touch my hair while I was on the computer in one of the bedrooms. I even took to wearing a hat. One day I had my hair cut short and it seemed to upset the ghost, that night I heard a bang on one of the cupboards behind me then my hair was tugged on. I don't think it liked short hair.

hahaha yeah i've experienced a tugging on my hair before but not for cutting it short

interesting of this sensation of being touched on the upper back. i have never had that sensation.

Aha, do not fear this ghost at all! It has a sense of humor. Imagine being a ghost, god knows how many years you've been bound to the Earth...wouldn't you get super bored? Just sitting there...for years...and then they see some person and think "hey I can mess with em" hahaha

Hmm...but, you should please it. It wants some kind of reaction. It wants you to freak out, be scared, so that it can laugh at you. You should probably do what I did with my ghost when it first started acting out like that "....I'm so scared...so scared..I-I don't know what to do....HAAHAH GOTCHA" then the ghost will probably be surprised, but it will still be satisfied, and you'll feel happier doing this too right?
