higher consciousness states “eat” physical time at a faster rate
The higher your consciousness, the faster time goes by. The lower your consciousness the slower time goes by. When you are happy, time flies. When you are depressed, time stretches on for a seeming forever. Why?
Because your state of consciousness processes the energy of physical reality at different rates according to your emotional frequency.
Thus higher states “eat” physical time at a faster rate, giving the experience of physical time flying by. Lower states “eat” physical time at a slower rate, giving the experience of physical time passing slowly.

Discover the physics of time and consciousness that you have probably never come to know about before.
Whenever I get to a higher state of consciousness time can completely stop for me or it slows down to an extreme degree until I pull myself back down into normal human consciousness. So that seems contradictory to me but hey what do I know about higher states of consciousness.
After reading the article I would say resistance surely plays a roll in my higher states of consciousness so that would explain the slowing of time instead of speeding up.
The higher state of consciousness you experience is the heightened state of consciousness. In that state time slows down to a crawl and can even come to a standstill.
The difference between higher state of consciousness that speeds time up and the one that slows time down is emotional frequency and perception frequency involved.
Higher state of consciousness that speeds time up has a higher emotional frequency but normal perception frequency.
Higher state of consciousness that slows time down has a higher perception frequency but normal emotional frequency.

This explains how higher consciousness works to slow time down for you.
How can this be.....
How can this be possible? Time is passing away at a constant rate. And the example you have given reminds me of time relativity example by Einstein who said "if you are sitting with your lover for one hour and when the hour is over you'll feel like its only a minute but if you sit on a stove for even 1 minute you'll feel like it's been ages". So it is what we feel comfortable with which makes us to interpret time like this.
